The building has a spectacular gym and a swimming pool open 7am - 11pm with views of the city. It also has a jacuzzi, and a games and barbecue area, a co-working room and a gym.

Brand new 2 bed 2 bath, right next to Bayside Marketplace and close to all areas of interest!

Wifi is included. This unit does not include parking, there is street parking on Biscayne or in College Station Garage 2min away for $18 a day.

Great location, ample parking nearby, host answered any questions quickly and was excellent to deal with. Perfect for a 2 couples or a family. Really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent host. The unit was clean and had lots of room. There was shampoo and other essentials that made it convenient. Centrally located near everything.

We had a nice stay, a new building is being constructed right in front which blocked partially the view on the bay, it would be good to update photos.

Great precruise stay

The property had a great view. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come in every morning. It was very claoe to the Bayside and the public transportation mover.

The right place!

Nice property, amazing view. Fantastic location, close to the Barbour, close to the metro, …. Easy checkin, easy checkout…well, perfect holidays, not any headaches. Recommend, really.

Awesome Location

The location of this rental is great. It is in the center of the busy downtown area with plenty of great restaurants to eat near by. The rental has a great pool, workout area. The people in the lobby are very helpful. Would come back with my family.

The place was nice and clean but it lacked most anything you would need in the kitchen. No measuring cups, few utensils and limited pots and pans. It was hard to cook dinner for even one night. The host was helpful with a glitch in our access to the condo and overall the stay was good once we resolved that

The place was in a good location with parking onlt two blocks away for 15/day. Bayside Marketplace was conveniently across the street with many great eateries. Freeway access was close by and easy to get to.The apartment was nice. Fixtures looked great, enough dinnerware and cups/mugs for our small party of four. The balcony was too small to utilize and could use a cleaning, but overall, the place was nice.The host was wasy to work with and responsive. We locked our keys in the apartment one day, and she coordinated a fix for us that was greatly appreciated! Overall, a great place to stay.

Amazing Stay in Brickell

The apartment was described just like the listing. Great location and walking distance to a few restaurants and close to Miami Heat Arena. Great views. Check-in process was great and good communication with the host. Next time I’m in Miami I want to stay at this location.
