Great location!!

We love Debbie’s place! It is continently located just half an hour from local attractions. The sunrise and sunset view from the living room is breathtaking! The house is nice, clean and we felt like home during our stay! We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful lake house

Property was super clean and the view is amazing! My boys 2 & 6 loved exploring down by the lake and feeding the neighborhood deer. We also saw a fox or two from the upper deck. Overall super relaxing with beautiful views.Will definitely book again.

This house was amazing!! The kitchen was stocked up and the house was very clean. We had a wonderful time at the house. Plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends

This house was just given all of the above! Views, relaxation, upscale vacation. We truly enjoyed the property and plan to make it a yearly thing given the location and space for my little family. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your home.

Wonderful weekend enjoying the lake and this property! Very well stocked home, modern and clean, with a wonderful view. From morning coffee to sunset wine, we loved watching the lake activity and wildlife. Clean and comfortable furnishings, easy checkin process and informative owners. Great weekend.

You won’t be disappointed

We had a great time at this amazing house. Everything was perfect. We didn’t do much as far as water activities because the water was still cool and the level was down but that didn’t bother us at all. It was a fantastic location. We drove into San Antonio two days and New Braunfels and Gruene a few times and even drove to Fredericksburg for the day. You definitely won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Absolutely Amazing in every way!

This property is absolutely beautiful in every way. It was clean, spacious, updated, and everything that my husband and I needed to take our four children to the San Antonio area to experience Texas! We stayed in Debbie’s beautiful property for 9 nights and 10 days. We were able to utilize the paddle boards Debbie left for us along with the wagon for getting any of our equipment down the hill to the lake. We utilized her camping chairs, made a fire in her beautiful outdoor campfire, and even jumped in the hot tub late one evening. The house is fully stocked in the kitchen and we all had the perfect number of pillows and towels, in order to make ourselves completely comfortable in her home. As for the area…between tubing on the Guadalupe River, renting a boat on Canyon Lake, going to the rodeo, checking out the San Antonio River walk, as well as Schlitterbahn waterpark, my 6, 10, 11 and 13-year-old were absolutely entertained on this amazing adventure! I would recommend this property and this location to anyone looking to really experience Texas. As for our host Debbie…10/10 on all things hosting! Thanks for your Southern hospitality!! We hope to return in the future!!

Wunderschönes Lakehouse

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, nette Gastgeberin ! Sehr sauber alles hat gepasst, am Abend kommen die Rehe zum Haus die fressen aus der Hand. Vieles ist in der Umgebung, BBQ, Tubing, Zipline….. Leider ist der See zum Baden ungeeignet weil das Wasser stark zurück gegangen ist, wir kommen wieder ! Liebe Grüße Familie Stockenhuber

EXCELLENT Quiet LOCATION

Everything was fairly clean. The paddle boards where thoroughly enjoyed. Negatives were no blackout curtains. Water pressure was lower than we are accustomed to. Master bed was super soft. Not good for my back but my wife liked it. Little bit of a walk to the water but the pavement made it easier on the steeper section. Outdoor kitchen sink had not been repaired prior to or even during our stay.. Gas grill and hot dub were nice as well. All in all very happy with the amenities and location.

Can't wait to come back!

Great 5 day get away with friends to celebrate my early 40th birthday! The house is just as advertised and is on a great area of the lake with amazing views from both back decks. Easy access into the water with the beach entry (most areas of the lake are very rocky with cliff type entry into the water) and it's in a nice area of the lake where it isn't super busy with boat traffic. We had no trouble getting in and floating by the shore and the marina is close by if you are looking for renting a boat or jet ski for the day. The house is new and updated with great amenities which made our stay relaxing. We spent most of our time out on the back decks enjoying the gorgeous views. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Wonderful property and great lake front

The house is super clean, updated, and has an absolutely fabulous view. The kitchen is ginormous, as is the master bath and closet (a great place to change clothes ;-). There is nothing bad to say. The lake was so clean and just perfect. The decks were inviting, the hot tub was fun, and the rooms were super comfortable. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us!!

We have guesthouses in Key Allegro- Rockport, Wimberley and a cottage in Gonzales with a private swimming pool and hot tub as well as another lake view home in Canyon Lake. Our son and daughter in-law have joined us in our newest venture, Waters-Edge. We are all very excited to offer our newest home to our guests to enjoy!
