Perfect place for two couples

We enjoyed our stay at Tequila Mockingbird. The back patio was the perfect place for breakfast and lunch.

Spring break getaway

We really enjoyed the property. The hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day.

Nice property. The management company sent out an automated message asking to advise if we needed anything and seemed they aimed to be attentive. We were slightly disappointed that the backyard had muddy paw prints all over the patio and dog poop in the yard. Majority of the soap containers in the home were empty. I was a little surprised at how much wear and tear the home had on the paint and walls. Normally when you pay almost 500 a night, you have a bit higher expectations, but other than that everything was well. The hot tub was a nice amenity that was easy to use.

This house is beautiful and comfortable! It is well equipped, beautifully decorated, inviting and spotless. We enjoyed using the hot tub daily. We will absolutely rent this house again.

Gorgeous Home

This is such a cozy home! Perfect lay out and perfectly located near all the outdoor activities Canyon Lake has to offer! The hot tub was spectacular with a very nice TV set up and comfy couches!

Family mini vacation

Had a great time with our grown children and grandchildren, we want to the river and played in the water and swim also jumped in hot tub great for relaxation we had game night it was great spending time with our kid's again didn't even have work on my mind

Canyon Lake Cutie!

Cute house in an older neighborhood. Property was clean with a nice hot tub. Close to Whitewater Amphitheater and Canyon Lake. Only thing missing was a coffee pot.

Weekend stay with family and dogs

The house was clean and had a great floor plan for a family or multiple people. It has all amenities you could need, plus more. The only thing missing was the coffee pot for the coffeemaker. The backyard was perfect and the hot tub was great. I highly recommend this house rental.

Our Best Ever Stay

The is the first time that a property was actually better in person than in the listing. It is located in a quiet subdivision, but also close to Canyon Lake. The property itself was stocked with everything one could hope, was perfectly clean, very well decorated, has an incredible backyard area, and all of the furniture was super comfy. Honestly, this stay could not have been better.

Would absolutely visit again

The place was wonderful right by the river and anywhere you wanna go. Do believe they should put curtains and blinds in the living room. Felt the house behind the house and in front could see everybody insinde. Beautiful property with a hot tub. Would be great to be a weekend get away with plenty of room for the family

Great Canyon Lake Stay

I rented this house because I was officiating a wedding at The Preserve. The house seems very new with an open concept layout, spacious master, comfortable decor, and great landscaping. The lots in the neighborhood are large, the neighboring properties were very quiet, and I felt extremely safe. The property is in a perfect location to all the fun activities in Canyon Lake.

Memorial Day Weekend Fun!

We loved the property. The hosts didn't skimp on anything from appliances, to dishes, to towels. The beds were so soft. We felt right at home there. Very close to tube rentals and the Guadalupe River. Make sure you look up the rules of what you can bring on the river. Also great spot close by to watch the sunset over Canyon Lake. We would do this same exact trip again!

Beautiful Home

We absolutely loved the house and back yard! Everything was clean and welcoming and so cozy. We drove to the nearby swim beach and it was close and lovely! There really isn't an option for an early check in, which I totally understand, but wish that was clearer in the listing. Outside of that, which was just a blip, everything was really wonderful!

Great Stay!!!

Was everything we hoped for! Beautiful Home! Great Bed! Fenced backyard. Hot Tub was great! Fire pit area. Large table and chairs on back patio Really enjoyed our stay here!! Garage was very convenient! The open floor plan was great! Cleanliness was awesome! We personally would have preferred more curtains and blinds but that’s just us and there was enough where they was needed!!
