Oceanfront 3rd-Floor Condo – Lanai, A/C, Full Kitchen & Beach Views

Ocean Front retreat with a cool ocean breeze and coastal decor. You will feel relaxed from the moment you enter this one-bedroom ocean-front condo. The bedroom has a king bed, allowing this condo to accommodate up to two guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your favorite Maui dish, which you can enjoy out on the lanai, overlooking the ocean.

Sugar Beach Resort is an Ocean Front property in North Kihei. Sitting on 4.2 acres of Ocean Front prime real estate, you can’t beat this location. All of the condos have central Air Conditioning and laundry facilities in the condo. Each Building has elevators available. There is an on-site eatery called Dina’s Sandwitch, CafĂ© & Bar. The Sugar Beach Resort features a Pool area with one swimming pool, one wading pool, one hot tub and seating options for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The BBQ grilling area is located just outside the pool area. The property also features a putting green and a formal dress shop.

Great stay on Sugar Beach

My spouse and I stayed at Sugar Beach and were very pleased with the property. The views from the third-floor condo facing the beach were exceptional! The condo was functional and had all the amenities that we needed. We would love to come back!

Beautiful location

This condo was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed many sunsets from the lanai. The condo is centrally located so it was not far to travel to different areas on the island. We enjoyed walking the beach daily.

What a Great Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo with an incredible ocean view! It's so close to the ocean that the sound of the waves can be heard throughout the condo if the door to the balcony is open. The condo itself is light, roomy, and tastefully decorated. The bed is very comfortable and the condo is well-equipped. There are plenty of plates, etc., and silverware, so dishes don't have to be washed very often. It's nice there's a washer and dryer in the unit, including laundry detergent. Beach equipment is also provided, including beach towels, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, a boogie board, and snorkeling equipment. The property is attractive, but it would be more enjoyable if there were umbrellas in the pool area and by the chaise lounges overlooking the beach to provide some shade. One problem we had with the condo was the water in the shower was barely hot enough, and there was some confusion and back and forth between the management company and the front desk about whose responsibility it was. In the end, it couldn't be fixed before we left, so the management company was very accommodating and offered to let us move to another condo or just take our showers in the other condo. We opted for the latter and it was just a minor inconvenience.

From our third floor lanai we spent hours enjoying whale watching, spotting dozens each day. The sound of the waves filled the unit, and the sunsets were breathtaking! The unit itself is just beautiful-- soft colors, high-end furnishings and kitchen that is fully stocked. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable; the bedding and pillows were so perfect! We also appreciated little things like portable beach chairs, a small cooler, and beach towels we could use as we explored the island. The swimming pool and spa were well maintained and we met so many nice people. The grounds are perfectly maintained. In either direction, we could walk for miles on the soft, sandy beach. Kihei was close with restaurants, groceries, and shops. Lots of beach parks with stunning views as well. Loved being so centrally located! It was 35 minutes to charming Lahaina, or 20 minutes north to Kahului where every kind of shopping or amenity could be found. We would definitely stay here again, and look forward to our next visit. Maui Condo & Home was exceptionally responsive each time we contacted them with questions or concerns. Very personal service-- we felt well cared for!Mahalo for making our 17 days a dream come true.

Perfect Paradise Stay

Perfect stay in Paradise! Our unit exceeded our expectations being beautifully furnished, with a lanai that overlooked the beach and neighboring islands. We enjoyed whale watching from the lanai, and walking miles in either direction on the soft, sandy beach. Everything on this property is beautifully maintained, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our time on Maui. Mahalo for a wonderful vacation in the most beautiful location.
