Came into town for a ND game & this was a great place to stay! Close to the stadium, house is clean with great amenities & the host was very responsive .

Beautiful Neighborhood and Home

The home was perfect for our family! The location was so close to everything! We went to Mega Play and the zoo. We ate out once at Applebees and they had the best food! The house has everything you and your family will need. We loved every moment here!

May/June stay

Very cute and comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and the spaces were clean. The bathroom was a little tight but outside of that observation it was a wonderful place to stay. The host was responsive and available. The hot tub was nice and so was the hot tub!

Great stay for event at ND

Cute house which worked really well for multiple day event at Notre Dame. Close to campus, River, zoo. Pool and hot tub were a nice addition.

girls night in!

3 ladies in our late 30s who only see each other 1-2 times a year needed a getaway within driving distance of chicago cinci and cleveland and im so glad we landed here. all we needed was a pool, hot tub and day trip distance to a beach. check. check. check. the host was very easy to book with too.

Brief stay near Notre Dame

Adequate space for 2 adults, 3 teens, 2 dogs. Close to Notre Dame which is what we wanted. AC works well. Deck is a nice space. Used the pool only a few times (weather was a little chilly). The hot tub had what looked like a bio-film around the edges so we didn't use. From what I could tell there were no smoke or CO2 detectors so made my husband go get one before we went to sleep the first night. Furniture was comfortable. The place was neat and fairly clean when we arrived. Owner was very responsive.

Hi, yes alot of the time after hot tub treatments a film can occur around the edges. That is normal for the chemicals pulling heavy metals and impurities out of the water. We have smoke and CO2 detectors in every room. They are the little white boxes that say "Nest" and look like speakers.

Cute old home; property owners very communicative

This house is old, it does need some reno but we expected that ( price dependent). We didn’t get directions on how to get In from host util asked which concerned me but the host was VERY responsive once we reached out and it wasn’t a problem. There were some issues with the home. The 3rd bedroom lights and fan didn’t work. The owner was going to send someone to fix it:) but that’s the last thing you want when youre trying to relax. So that was a major bummer. The home was pretty clean, but not perfect, the vents need to be cleaned (there is major build up in returns in dining room etc) on main floor but overall a 8/10 cleanliness. We had some minor problems but the host was great. The master bedroom bed was UBER friggen comfortable and we were able to cook our entire Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen provided.

Listing not as advertised

The house, property, and amenities are not as pictured. I was told the pool would be ready, but it was not. Dirty food in the sink and sponges etc...Furniture, rugs etc are old, stained and moust from humidity. The yard isnot takencate of with weeds everywhere. The deck has raised boards and nails and is splintered. We have comparison pictures of the property and "amenities." I paid a ridiculous amount of money, and our family was not able to stay at the property due to its condition. I am still waiting for a refund for the "extra person charges." Do not recommend.

Unfortunately Heather is upset due to the abnormally cold weather at the beginning of Indiana’s summer reason. The pool company was still processing the opening during what would be there stay. They only ever asked the day of their arrival if the pool would be ready, and we replied yes, it’s still getting some treatments tho. And because of this unhappy with our home that others always find great especially for the price point. You can’t find a home with a pool in South Bend at this rate except with us.
