Fabulous stay! Very well stocked toiletries, paper products, even condiments and spices! Host was very responsive to our needs and even sent someone to clean the pool after a thunderstorm. House was clean and plenty of comfortable beds for our group. Highly recommend!

Great for Large Groups

This home was perfect for our stay in South Bend. We were a large group in town for a wedding and had ample room to sleep and spread out. Beds were very comfy and the entertaining space was large enough for all of us to hang out together.

Large comfy house

We loved how spacious this house was. Enjoyed the pool and the deck. Beds were great! Large well stocked kitchen. Massive sectional. Highly recommend this place.

Family football weekend

We had a great time Celebrating my son’s last home football games as a student. 4 related families stayed at the house and it was perfect for our group. We are staying in this house for graduation weekend and it will work out great for a similar family group.

Fantastic Family Home

This was a fantastic home for a family stay in South Bend. All the amenities you could want inside and out. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of space to sit and chill, basketball hoop, pool, cornhole, and a fire pit. Easy walk to Notre Dame campus. Would highly recommend this home.

Perfect House for Large Gathering

With 6 bedrooms, a pull out couch, and even a couple air mattresses, this house is perfect for a large gathering. Close to grocery and convenience stores, and only a short ride to local restaurants and bars, it doesn't get any better than this! Highly recommend this house!

Perfect for Family or Group

The house was perfect for our extended family. We were in town for a wedding and could not have been more pleased. Plenty of space for 7 adults and two grandkids (8 and 6). Very convenient location. Jerry was a very attentive host. Will be looking to book next football season.

ND game weekend

The house was perfect for our stay. Being walking distance to the Notre Dame campus was great and made logistics smooth for our group. The bedrooms were well appointed and beds comfortable. The living space was very comfortable and great for our group to hang out and spend quality time together. Jerry was very responsive and ensured we had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect House!

The house was a perfect stay for a group of friends in town for a football game! The common area, bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor firepit / grilling area were exactly as explained and expected and provided us with space on comfort while we visited South Bend... an easy walk to the stadium and restaurants as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Great getaway

We booked this house as a group of 11 adults looking for a weekend away/friend time. It was very clean and spacious for a large group. Plenty of parking was a great bonus! Check in and Communication with the host was excellent. We spent lots of time in the pool and on the patio/around the fire pit. The location was great too, great neighborhood, close to bars and restaurants, and very close to campus. If we are in the area, I would definitely book here again!

GREAT LOCATION AND HOUSE

Our son's baseball team was coming to town to play Notre Dame. Minutes from campus and the baseball stadium as well as the teams hotel. House is very spacious with an open floor concept. 2 bedrooms with a full bath off the living room. There is a door leading to the hallway for these bedrooms which helps to cut down on noise and increase privacy. 4 bedrooms upstairs. Everything described by Jerry is accurate. Would come back.

Family stay for SMC/ND Graduation

We had a lovely stay at this home for our daughter and niece's graduation weekend. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was close to campus, and had convenient and ample parking. We would definitely stay here again.
