If the beach is calling you, we know this well appointed home will make you happy just a short distance from our beautiful beaches. This spacious home sleeps 8, is in a quiet neighborhood Located 1.4 miles from Indian Shores you will be in a perfect spot to enjoy the many beaches of the Suncoast. It has an excellent location just 1.4 miles from INDIAN SHORES. JUST CROSS THE DRAWBRIDGE AND YOU ARE ON GULF BLVD. Go left to south beaches REDINGTON, MADEIRA, JOHN’S PASS,TREASURE ISLAND, ST. PETE, OR PASSAGRILLE. Go right to the north beaches INDIAN SHORES, INDIAN ROCKS, SAND KEY, AND CLEARWATER . After the beach head to near by Millennium park with a beautiful boardwalk and florida wildlife or the 2 miles inland and enjoy the evenings at Seminole City Center filled with great Restuarant’s, Bars, Movie theater, and lots of shopping.

Host was great to communicate with very responsive. The property however was completely inaccurate from listing! No water anywhere in site, no walking trails no beach or bar on property. Just a run down house in a residential neighborhood. Extremely disappointed with this as it was my grandmas first vacation in her 86 years of life and I was not able to do the things I had planned with her right from the house.

It's unfortunate you were not happy with your stay and misunderstood the listing. I would like to highlight that the listing clearly states the property is in a residential neighborhood, also provided mileage for the distance to multiple places including the beach. No where in the listing does it say we its waterfront or has a bar. We are not a resort, its a VRBO home. I would recommend you consider a resort like the Tradewinds if you come in the future. Hopefully the can meet your needs and expectations.

Nice, close to beach home

This property was stocked with everything that was needed for our Family adult get away. Super close to several beaches and access to any store or restaurant that we wanted. Would definitely come back again!

Awesome place

This property is very comfortable and cozy. Harriet was very responsive and the space was wonderful. It is located right near the beaches and all activities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this home. I felt like it was my own.

Spacious, clean and minutes from the beach

We had a great stay, the bedrooms/bathrooms and living space were spacious, comfortable and as pictured. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. The beach was a short trip over the bridge by car or bike. The large fenced in yard was an added bonus for our pups!

Host did come out when we had an issue with the smoke alarm going off. We also pointed out several non working light bulbs. She disabled the smoke alarm and said she would be back to change the bulbs. She came back but texted from the driveway and never came to the door. We also had issues with timely trash removal and more bulb outages (we did inform her) but our host never came back again.
Location was great. Home obviously suffered damage and may be in the process of being fixed.
Living room was well appointed with comfortable furniture
Not much room for grocery storage for a long stay
Shower curtain poles were rusty and liner was discolored.

Good base location

The location of the home was good for our days trips to varied locations in the area - Tampa, St. Petes, Pine Island, Sarasota, Fort de Soto, and the beaches down the street. The washer and dryer were nice to have. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable for evening walks.

Cozy & close to beach

We enjoyed this cozy house, less than 2 miles from Reddington Beach. It has 4 beds, linens, towels, and etc. The host was excellent in communicating with us. The surrounding area is quiet and feels safe. Highly recommend.

Great location

This rental was perfect for our family. Very close to the beaches which is where we spent most of our time. The rooms were big enough and great idea to put 2 beds in one room. There’s a grocery store (Publix) and CVS right down the road. If you have dogs the backyard will be perfect for them. I would stay here again.

The house is basically you get what you pay for. It accommodated all of us easily and was a short distance from the ocean. But it was a little dirty and I’m not sure who does the maintenance but you can tell it’s not their full time job.
