C'est l'Extrêmement rare. "Sur la plage" Beach House. Plus de 100 ans. Ce charmant Old Ocean Front Inn a été converti dans les années 80 en une maison pour 2 familles. Je vis dans 1 unité. Il est riche en personnages et en histoire et a été modernisé avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. À quelques pas du pont sur la plage de sable. Magnifiques vues de votre deck 40 'donnant Willard Beach et les îles. Regarder les bateaux, des navires de croisière de plus de 1000 'et pétroliers aussi grand aux hommes de homard locaux car ils ont tous passent juste en face de vous. Situé sur une plage de quartier, cette maison est à seulement 10 minutes du Vieux-Port de Portland Area et le front de mer. House est confortablement meublé et tout ce que vous devez fournir est votre crème solaire et serviettes de plage. I, ll assurez-vous que vous avez tout ce que vous avez besoin.

John's VRBO is a hidden gem! It's a very comfortable, second floor space that easily accommodated five people over a long weekend. The view from the living/dining room and primary bedroom is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and going to sleep listening to the lapping waves on the beach located immediately in front of the VRBO was like magic. There are fabulous coffee shops, bakeries, ice cream and restaurants conveniently nearby, plus a short walk through the quaint neighborhood to an open ocean view or nearby campus and light house. John was a friendly, communicative host. We look forward to returning!

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean. My kids loved the toy blocks and running out on the beach. There is a playground nearby on the beach. Views are amazing and the area is very quiet. Great vacation!

The pictures absolutely do not do this place justice! Very charming and the beach is amazing! The house has everything you need and has amazing views. it’s very close to downtown Portland and there is some great restaurants right in the neighborhood. The host John is super friendly and accommodating. Absolutely plan to stay here again!

I have lived here at Willard Beach for the last 39 yrs. It is a wonderful place and I really love sharing it and my home with all the Great family's I have met over the years. It is a magical place no matter the time of the year.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

When you walk off the street into the front yard you will have the answer to that question? The first thing you see is a small neighborhood beach. At one end you see the historic Fort Preble, which is now Southern Maine Comm Coll. Then you see the Spring Point light house. To the right you look past at least 6 islands directly in front of you and then at the end of the beach you see the historic Willard Fish Shacks. These were used by local fishermen for over a 100 years. not to mention the various pleasure boats mooring off the beach. I have lived here since 1983 and expect with a little luck and some help from above that this will be the only place that I ever live, winter or summer, spring and fall everyday is special here at Willard Beach

This is the only rental home in the neighborhood that is located "Right on the Beach". You walk off the porch and right onto Willard beach. There is a great enclosed area for the little ones.
