This property comes with a private backyard. This includes outdoor dinning, gas grill, and a large fire pit with seating. This is a great area for friends and families to relax. This home has recently been furnished with West Elm Furniture, new queen beds, and a new AC unit.

Cute and Cozy cottage

We went to CA to visit our son who moved there recently. Perfect place and convenient to his apartment. It had everything and then some. Plenty of room to relax and visit all together for dinners. Enjoyed all amenities. Property owner checked in to confirm it was to our liking. It was great!

Cute cottage close to downtown

This is a cute, historic cottage that feels clean and comfortable to stay in. The online listing is very accurate. We enjoyed the outdoor space/patio, comfortable living area and beds. The bathroom was clean. The location is quite convenient to downtown Santa Barbara and was a very easy drive, walk, or Uber. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect Little SB Stay!

I traveled to SB with my husband and young daughters (1 and 3). The house was exactly what we needed! In a great location, very short drive to anywhere in SB (or a 15-20 minute walk to State St.). The house itself was great for young kids. Brittany set up a crib in one of the rooms. Both rooms have blackout/darkening curtains, so ideal for napping. Big yard with kid’s toys that kept our girls entertained. Brittany was great! She was very responsive!

Excellent rental!

We absolutely adored the rental which was perfect for our needs. The living room was comfy with plenty of seating, and I especially enjoyed the big backyard which had tons of space for outdoor dining and hanging out with our 7 month old baby on the lawn (love that there was an umbrella to create some shade). Location was perfect, bed was comfy. We didn’t cook so I can’t attest to the kitchen. Brittany was super helpful and communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Most Amazing Host EVER!!!

Amazing Stay!

This was one of the finest extended stay lodgings ever! For the two of us this simple clean house located in a great urban neighborhood, and near the downtown and beaches was fabulous. We loved the spacious yard, quiet neighborhood and whitewashed house!

Santa Barbara Gem

We were looking for a cottage that would work for two couples (one older) and a 2 y/o. This place was just perfect. The bedrooms and beds were super comfy. The 2 y/o slept in a travel crib in the enclosed porch. The kitchen and living room were super great for hanging out. And the outside space and the neighborhood made for easy lounging and access to downtown or the beach. In addition, the place was very clean and had everything we needed to cook. And when we had a question for the hosts they were super responsive. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in SB!
