Studio au deuxième étage à 1 1/2 pâté de maisons de la plage

West Beach est la meilleure partie de Santa Barbara! Ce grand studio bien équipé dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'un canapé-lit queen-size. La salle de bain a une douche. Il comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une petite table de bistrot et une grande table à manger et des chaises dans la pièce principale. Il y a du parquet et un haut plafond à poutres apparentes. Le grand patio de carreaux enveloppant dispose d'un mobilier d'extérieur confortable et de superbes vues. Des chaises de plage et des planches de bodyboard pour jouer au soleil sont incluses. Il y a un parking sur place. La construction se poursuit dans la rue pendant la semaine. Devrait être terminé cet été 2018. L'élargissement du ruisseau Mission autour de notre propriété est enfin terminé. Près des stations Amtrak et Greyhound. La vie des oiseaux abonde dans Mission Creek à proximité. Ravitaillement au marché de Santa Cruz, à 3 pâtés de maisons, et aux marchés fermiers locaux. De nombreux restaurants, dégustations de vins et du centre-ville sont facilement accessibles à pied, ou prendre la navette, à 1 pâté de maisons.

Staying at this studio was great for my adult children and me. The owner was accessible and promptly replied to any questions we had. The studio is cute and comfortable. The main area has a line of windows going completely around it on three sides, -so it is bright and sunny. There are good window shades for privacy. The location was absolutely perfect for us as we attended an event nearby. It was so great to park the car in a dedicated off-street space and not need to drive it until it was time to go home. The studio is equipped with lots of thoughtful items - like a yoga mat, hats, teas, and an iron and ironing board. The porch is the best. There are various sitting areas with comfortable chairs. I loved sitting out there with the perfect temperature breeze. There were great plants and fresh flowers on the porch - a hummingbird came everyday to check them out. Overall, it is close to a lot of action and a sunny, cheerful, and peaceful retreat.

An amazing studio on the second floor with a wrap-around deck, close to the beach, and surrounded by bars, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Very responsive and thoughtful host. The apartment is fully equipped, and has beach chairs, towels, boogie board and even hats for your enjoyment. One thing to be aware is there is no AC (as per listing), so the place got a bit warm as the weather was unusually hot for this area. This did not bother us, and we really enjoyed our stay. Big THANK YOU to the host! We will be back!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! If you want to be in the heart of everything and not break the bank, this is the perfect spot. Originally we were concerned with no a/c but once all the windows are open, there’s a great cross breeze. It’s a homey place and it has a fantastic outdoor space. Off street parking was a great perk.

Good trip

Great property, balcony is fantastic, I would like to see seating and tables on the balcony cleaner. Probably difficult to maintain with the proximity to the ocean air.

Great place in a great spot

Having the parking spot at all times is key. The location of this place is key. The TV is older, radio works and there is a VHS/DVD player only so bring some entertainment for when you are there (tablets, portable bluetooth speaker etc). It’s very cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will book it again when we go back!

We love this place!

My boyfriend and I had the best week stay at this place! The private balcony/deck was an amazing bonus and allowed us to enjoy the perfect weather. Everything about the place exceeded our expectations. One thing worth noting is that you are very close to the train station which can be loud throughout the day, but still well worth it! We plan on coming to stay again as soon as possible :)

So Close to Everything

We were a group of 4 adults in town for a wedding at the Hotel Californian and this was maybe a 4 minute walk away. It was the perfect location to be close to everything while also having privacy. The balcony/porch was amazing!!! And the hosts have thought of everything. Every little detail was taken care of and it made our stay so fun and easy.

Location is everything

We stayed here with 2 couples. The pull out was perfectly comfortable for the two nights we stayed. The balcony was amazing and the location is just incredible. Would definitely plan on staying here again!
