Martha gave thorough instructions and quickly answered questions. The cottage is as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Lovely patio/garden area. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to restaurants, shopping, beaches. Would be happy to stay again.

Martha was an amazing host and attentive to all our needs. Her cottage is a perfect little spot to stay for exploring Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. The outdoor space is great and neighborhood is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, peaceful private space, perfect to tuck away in for Christmas. Extra work space and spacious beautifully tended patio (with lemon tree) a plus. Martha was kind and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Wonderful Garden Cottage - Dog Friendly

This was our first time staying here and we are so glad we did. We will go back. The Cottage is set in a wonderful location about a mile from Butterfly Beach and walkable to the Upper Village. We stayed 11 days extending it an additional 2 days once we saw it. We would have stayed longer if it had been available longer. The Garden is beauty and fenced-in if you’re bringing a dog. There is plenty of seating outdoors with a fire pit and you’re surrounded by many different plants and flowers that are very well maintained with charming string lights that create a nice ambiance. The cottage was exceptionally clean which is important to us. It is very comfortable. There are TV’s in both bedrooms with Netflix and other streaming apps. It was great to relax in there in the evening. The kitchen is stocked well and we prepared many meals. There is A/C if needed and fans in the bedrooms. Plenty of hot water for showers and a vanity to put your things in. The parking is next to the gate. Martha was very responsive for any need we had. One personal tip: Tre Lune (my favorite restaurant) located in the lower village is the one of the best restaurants in Montecito. Enjoy!

Very clean and worked good for 2 very tired daughters and husbands! Only slept there so didn’t try cooking anything.

Wedding weekend

We were in town for a wedding. We stayed with our 2 mo baby and our cousins. The cottage was a bit smaller than anticipated but the outdoor space more than made up for it. Plus we were out at wedding festivities for most of it. Everything was clean and it was conveniently located!

Can’t wait to stay again!!

Adorable cottage in Montecito. So cute inside & out. We needed a place close to UCSB & it was perfect- about 10/15 mins. away. Kitchen very well equipped. Beds comfy with great linens. Great water pressure. Our favorite part was the charming courtyard. Completely fenced in for our pups. The whole place is very pet friendly. Our host, Martha, was fantastic and her communication was quick. We can’t wait to book again when we visit to see our daughter!! Thanks, Martha!!
