Prime location, just 5 minutes from downtown Flagstaff and walking distance to neighborhood parks.

House is new and so is everything inside it. We provide premium luxury beds and linens, and basic toiletries. Extra touches include an “Alexa” in every room. Ping pong table and plenty of games provide constant entertainment. Smart TVs in the living room and Master bedroom (must use your own logins) to unwind. Gas grill and fully stocked kitchen for cooking needs. Crib and extra pack and play, high chair, baby gates, exersaucer, and cabinet locks for families. Every detail has been thought of to make this your best vacation home stay you have experienced.

Great house

Came for a long weekend to ski with my family. The house was spacious, clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing. We will stay again.

Mini trip to the mountains

This was a weekend getaway for my family to celebrate my Birthday with my husband, kids and grandkids. Also a chance for the kids to play in the snow. Unfortunately no snow but were able to go tubing at Fort Tuthill and also ride the mountain coaster in nearby Williams. The house was equipped with anything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable and we loved the big kitchen for us to cook our family meals for 10 people. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this cozy house to everyone!

Spectacular Flagstaff Home

Honestly impressed with the accommodations of this wonderful home. From plastic wear for children, to high chairs and toys for the kids. Games for the adults, ping pong table, every detail is thought out. You cannot beat the location. It is convent to shopping, site seeing, and hiking. We absolutely loved staying in this home and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

It’s the best Vrbo home I’ve ever stayed at. It was roomy, big and very clean. You can use the garage which will hold two vehicles. The beds were comfortable. Well communication between us and the hosts.

Great house, great location

This house was perfect for exploring all of the local beauty. It was centrally located for visits to Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Glen Canyon Dam, Sedona, and all that Flagstaff has to offer. The listing is accurate, the house was clean, and fully stocked, and located in a quite neighborhood, that we felt completely safe in. Plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. Jodi was great and responded quickly to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this house.

We had a most wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Every detail was thought of, from comfortable beds, to plenty of towels, quality cleansers, games, etc etc, it was truly a pleasure! We even requested an additional night than originally planned! The host was a pleasure!

We had a great stay here. The owner was excellent at communicating with us. It was clean, everything functioned well, and it is I a quiet neighborhood. The back patio was covered in snow so we didn’t use that space. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and had what we needed to prepare meals

Great Family Trip!

Exactly as described. Amazing family home which was perfect for our 2-family vacation. Super comfortable beds, soft towels and a nice snack basket to welcome us. Good location - short drive to downtown Flagstaff (and for those with kids, FlagTag is right around the corner!)

Most accomidating experience

I definitely rate this home 5 stars +. This house was just fantastic from the minute we walked in, we found it completely spotless. Everything one could need was available, especially if you are coming with a toddler as we did, we had a crib, hight chair, and even a gate to prevent the kid from going up or down the stairs.- thank you Jodi. The owner of the house Jodi was just the best hostess we have ever encountered. She was always available for all our needs and beyond.

Great Flagstaff Home!

This was a great home! 2 families went with a total of 10 people. It was perfect! We all commented on how beautifully it was decorated. It literally had everything needed for our stay. It was cleaned spotless and almost felt like we were the first to ever use it. Everything was high quality and well done. They had games and a ping pong table which the teens loved and even left a basket of snacks. It was one of the nicest VRBO’s we have stayed in. We also felt it was very fairly priced! I’d say it’s even cuter than the pics show! We will definitely be back.

You will not be disappointed - the perfect vacation rental!

From the beginning, the owner was *extremely* communicative and helpful. The home is very well appointed and had everything we needed - including super luxurious towels, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for us all to spread out. It is such lovely home and we were so happy with it! We were very pleased with the location and would highly recommend this to anyone!

Wonderful home for our family gathering

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful home as we celebrated our daughter’s graduation. The home was comfortable and spacious for the 7 of us. Great Stay & Great Location

We liked the space it allowed our family of 6. The finishes were nice and you could tell the hosts were very thoughtful with their offerings. The beds were very cozy, shower heads powerful and towels deluxe! The BBQ, Alexa and USBs made it feel more like home for us, but could be a real treat for others. The neighbourhood was very quiet and well kept with easy access to highways for adventuring. The only thing I wished had been onsight was a couple more ping pong balls, recycling instructions and some lotion as we werent used to the drier climate. Next time were in town we'd stay again.
