Private home with 3 bedrooms, large 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, large living room and dining room. Washer/dryer. BBQ area in a large backyard and front porch.
King and Queen size beds. One of the bedrooms has en-suite bath. Near RINGLING MUSEUM. Approx 10 min ride to LIDO BEACH & ST. ARMAND’s CIRCLE.
Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Interacting with the host was very spotty due to a family emergency. (Understandable). Contacting the host could take a few hours to a few days, depending on the situation. Upon arrival, the pool heater was not working and it took 4 days to get corrected. The WiFi never worked during our stay. The host was aware and a few efforts were made to correct the issue with no success due to host being out of town. After the pool was heated, the water treatment was required but was not done. (Host was notified with no response). The reason I know water treatment was required is the fact that the kids swam for approximately 1.5 hours and had skin irritation following the swim. Other than those issues, the stay was nice. The neighborhood is nice and the people are respectful.

The property itself was clean inside the house, however when we arrived the pool was very dirty. The owner said that they only clean it on Wednesdays I had to contact them to come clean way before because we were not going to wait couple days before the cleaning of the pool also in the kitchen very limited utensils needed more supplies The location was great. 10 minutes from the ocean, restaurants and bars are also nearby very pretty outdoor

Quiet a peaceful stay

Nice Stay

Parkview Drive is close to the airport. There’s a lovely park a couple of hundred feet away from the house. Everything is close by. The beaches would be about 15 minutes away. Comfortable beds, ample bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Nice swimming pool and a lovely garden.

Beautiful home

I was glad I found this home as we wer struggling to find a place with parking. Gino and his wife wer responsive super nice couple. 👌 definitely will come back with my fam.

Clean house with cold air.

We had a great time staying here and had no issues. The house was really clean, and the pool was cleaned professionally while we were there. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. It was a short drive to the beach. The neighborhood was nice and seemed plenty safe.

Nice spot not far from the beaches

Gino and his wife were very responsive and helpful with our stay. They are a very nice host. The house was nice, beds were super comfy and the pool was great. The fenced in backyard was nice for the kids to run around and look for lizards and geckos without us worrying about them. We had a great time at their rental.

Comfortable stay in quiet neighborhood

We chose this property since we wanted to be near The Ringling and a short drive from beaches and other sights. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for 8 of us. 5 kids could each have their own bed or couch. We enjoyed the pool and short walk to the bay. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen items. The property manager was very responsive to anything we needed or any questions. Clean and comfortable stay. The only con for me would be worrying about small children being able to open the sliding glass door to access the pool.

Great vacation rental!!

The house is a short drive to multiple beaches in the Sarasota area! The house had plenty of room to spread out and had everything we needed. Gino and Janina were great hosts who were right there when we needed anything and even surprised us one day with some delicious snacks. We would definitely consider staying here again.

excellent location for many activities!

The house is well-laid out and well-maintained. Everything worked as expected and the pool is a very great plus. If you have a mind to walk or bike, you will be very pleased with the surroundings--the two local colleges and their grounds, a view of Sarasota Bay, and a truly fine pond in the area with a LOT of wildlife. (hint: take a little bread for the birds). It is about 10-15 min from restaurants in downtown, which was fine for us.

A Nice Oasis, close to everything!

Where do I start? Gino and Janine could not do enough to make sure my stay was comfortable, inviting and most importantly, serene. The house is a short distance from the airport, which comes in very handy after flying most of the day. The Host was there to greet me, show me the layout and made sure all was well before leaving. The house was immaculate, large, with two king beds and a third queen. Living/dining area was plentiful with space. Kitchen had everything you need and even more that you may not have thought about. All utensils and cookware were of very good quality and everything was in perfect working order. The pool area was more than spacious for a gathering and Gino & Janine made sure all the poolside accoutrements were provided, including that big side by side refrigerator to keep those beverages cool while lounging in the just-as-spacious heated pool. The yard was enormous with hammocks, patio set and not one, but TWO grills! If you like to cook, you will appreciate them both! Washer & dryer onsite makes for a great bonus, as it takes care of having to wash when you get hime. The beds are VERY comfortable. So much room for a good-size family with grandkids. Neighborhood is very quiet, and the house is in walking distance of the Ringling Museum. I would definitely stay here again and would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Gino & Janine for all their hospitality!

Excellent stay!

Loved it here. VERY CLEAN, smells great, private, quiet and peaceful. Nice pool. Outdoor garden has 2 BBQ grills, tables, chairs etc... Beds extremely comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped with dishwasher. Short drive to Lido Beach & St. Armand’s Circle. Gino is a great host, he communicated quickly and clearly. Will definitely stay again.
