The two story - 4,200 sq.ft. home has an enormous entertaining area with large vaulted ceilings and a deck that captures majestic views looking over the beautiful property and pond.
As you arrive to the estate, the cascading stairs lead you up to the main living floor, where the front doors open to the largest entertaining great room. With 20 ft vaulted ceilings, the great room is a cozy living room space centered around a grand fireplace. It is perfect place to relax in a large couch while enjoying a glass of local Fallbrook wine and catching up with friends and family. Natural light is abundant through the three sets of french doors along the front of the estate; opening to a beautiful upper veranda where you can spend your mornings sipping coffee or enjoying a meal while over looking the beautiful pond (currently under renovations). Choose to spend your evenings enjoying the expansive views of unadulterated rolling hills and breath taking sunsets.

The Upper Master Suite is elegantly appointed with a California King, perfect for a romantic getaway. A second bedroom on the upper floor includes an antique queen sized bed and TV. Just outside of the second bedroom upstairs is a second smaller living room to relax and watch shows on a large 65" TV. Just outside the open room is a very large elegant kitchen with a massive island to cook and prepare those amazing meals. The kitchen boasts a large farm house table and a second dining table for the extended family. The kitchen just undergone major renovations including installing a large double door refrigerator and freezer combo, New Cafe double French door oven, New Cafe induction cook top on the island and custom seating around the island for 7. It truly is an entertainers dream.

The staircase descends to our second private entertaining area. The first oversized room is currently used as a movie theater room equipped with 9 leather recliners for enjoying a perfect family movie night. Next to the movie theater room is the lower Master Suite which provides a King size bed and sitting area. This entertaining space is perfect for those night owls in your party. The lower floor opens to the bottom veranda and has access to the balcony stairs. The lower veranda offers amazing views of the property and has a beautiful sitting area to lounge around with friends or family. Come create the perfect gathering environment for you, friends and family with plenty of room and privacy.

Recently added is our garage conversion which include 4 smaller bedroom with jack and jill bathrooms between each set. This additional space now allows larger parties to now stay and enjoy their time together.

The fishing pond is now stocked with Large Mouth Bass, Catfish, Bluegill, Sunfish and Carp. The pond is still under renovations on certain parts but don't let this steer you away from catching some fish with the family. There is also a few tails of some trophy bass in the pond.

This property is currently under going some renovations that include: updating exterior stairs, expansion of the pond to include fishing, picnic area and waking trail. During your visit, some of these things may not be available due to current projects. Our hope is to create one of the most uniquely private and amazing get-a-ways to bring you back year after year to see whats next. (Some items in the near future, completion of walking trail, sports court, kids playground, putting greens and a pool to leave all your worries behind).

The home borders Camp Pendleton Military Base, so you may hear military training activity from time to time.
