Only a short drive from San Diego (75 miles of coastland, Seaworld, Legoland and world-famous San Diego Zoo) Fallbrook is famous for being the Avocado capital of the world and Temecula (5 min) is known for its upscale wineries and extensive vineyards, Temecula offers plenty of unique opportunities including golf, hot air ballooning, farmers markets, and shopping. At the heart of Temecula lies Old Town, where visitors can take a step back in time as they meander through wooden boardwalks lined with western-inspired buildings.

We had an amazing stay! The home was cozy, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen utensils to plenty of towels. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, and especially the game room with a pool table (we even had a little cornhole tournament—who knew our mom was a pro!).The open front yard was perfect for our three dogs to run and play, and the little apartment above the game room provided extra private space for relaxing. The house comfortably accommodated our group of seven, with plenty of room to unwind outside our bedrooms.The long driveway and gated parking easily fit three cars, and nearby markets made grabbing firewood, ice cream, or beer convenient. Nicole and Kathryn were super responsive and made the stay effortless.Overall, a beautiful property and a fantastic experience—we’d definitely come back!

Great for extended family gathering!

We loved the patios, game room hit tub, and the set up of the property. Had grandparents and 3 families with the grand kids and it worked well. Game room is not air conditioned but the rest of the property has good A/C. Host Kathryn was very easy to contact and here back from

Great location-great house

We were especially impressed with the communication we had with Kathryn. She is super quick to respond which is pretty refreshing. We wished we could have stayed another day!

Fabulous Stay

Our recent stay was perfect! The rental was spotless and well maintained which made us feel comfortable and at home. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained both on the premises and the surrounding area. The beds were comfortable and sleeping areas were well organized with plenty of extra clean blankets and bedding for the cots. Communication with the owner was seamless. She was responsive and provided all information we needed for an enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again next time our family gets together in this area.

Amazing home for multiple families

Three families stayed here and it fit us perfectly! The home is well decorated and the outdoor space is amazing! The game room was such a fun bonus space to hang out when we wanted to stay up later after the kids crashed. Also, the separate until above the garage was awesome! It was its own private 1 bedroom apt with a kitchen and living room. I just wish we stayed longer. Communication with the host was easy and she was very accommodating to our needs. I gave a 4/5 for location because it’s a little bit off the beaten path and near run down homes and farms but nothing felt unsafe and once on the property you get lost in its charm. We will definitely stay again!

Great place. Spacious frontyard and backyard. Plenty of things to do in the backyard. Plus it has an entertainment room with pool table and arcade machine, bar area, tv and couch. Backyard also has an outdoor theater.There's also a separate apartment on the property with its own kitchen.
