Tom and his house were amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves. The house had everything we needed and then some. Location was great for us. We will definitely be staying here again.

The home was immaculate, inviting, comfortable, in a wonderful location and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed use of the bikes along the bike path right outside the house that led to the lake. The host was so accommodating. He checked in on us soon after checking in to make sure we had everything we needed (we did of course). We loved it and are looking forward to coming back again!!

Perfect get-away weekend in beautiful surroundings. The house was just as advertised, very clean, and up to date. The host thought of everything and was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for food and recreation. Being dog- friendly was a big plus. The location right on the bike path was excellent for morning or evening rides or walks. The Colchester Causeway is a must-see with stunning views. I would definitely return!

Very convenient location. Close ti everything, but in a quiet area. Beautiful house and very clean. Everything you need is supplied. This property was a 10 out of 10 for our family.

This gorgeous property was perfect for my family’s needs. It was very accessible to the causeway and the Burlington bike path. We appreciated the hot tub after a couple long bike rides! Tom was a great host! 10 out of 10 experience. We would love to stay here again!

The house is super clean, well appointed, and perfectly located next to the bike path. The bikes are well maintained and super safe with helmets. We enjoyed the cornhole as well. The hot tub was delightful! The only slightly thing that could be off was the fact that it is a duplex. This did surprise us. But no issues. Had a great time.

The house is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean! Tom and his wife thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, this is a home away from home, everything you would need is here, the fresh flowers sitting on the counter upon arrival were such a nice touch!The home is a close/short drive to all fun things to do and places to eat in the Burlington area, I highly recommend staying at this home!

Our family was gathered for a beautiful summer wedding and our stay at Tom's vrbo couldn't have been better. Tom was very responsive to my questions. The place is so clean and well stocked. We all want to come back!

Beautiful stay!

Spent the weekend here with friends and we loved it! The house was decorated beautifully and those where some of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on. The house is roomy, we went with 6 people and easily could of had more and still been comfortable. An easy 15 minute drive into Burlington and lots of areas to walk around trails close by. The host was also very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely book this stay again!

Awesome place for a group!

Tom’s place was so perfect for our group of 8 friends. It was spacious and clean and with areas to gather and hang out together which we loved! It was an easy 13 minute drive down to church street in Burlington. Tom was super responsive and helpful and provided awesome recommendations for breweries and restaurants in the area! Overall, we had a wonderful New Years Eve at Tom’s place and would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful, peaceful, perfect

We were SO thrilled with our stay this weekend in Colchester! We were 8 girls who wanted a bit of a fun bachelorette party with a comfortable place to stay while we did some local activities. It was the perfect home-base for us and Tom was an excellent and friendly host. The hot tub was awesome, it was extremely clean and had everything we needed to cook a few meals. If ever we head to Burlington again, we will definitely be staying here! Thanks for making our weekend extra awesome, Tom!

Exceed our expectations.

This is our first time using Vrbo. Boy I’m glad our first experience was with Tom and his beautiful house. Spacious, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The house is fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It’s a very clean and well maintained home. Great location, next to the bike trail and the beach is super close too. He’s very good at responding to messages as well. Highly recommend

Perfect Homebase

This place was great! It was perfect as headquarters for a long weekend exploring the area. The beds are comfortable, everything is good quality and clean, and pretty much everything you could need is already there! The kitchen is ready for you to cook big meals with your farmers market haul (basic spices, all the cooking utensils and pots and pans), and sitting in the hot tub at night in the fall is perfection. The dining table is perfect for puzzles (we did 3!), and there is a good collection of puzzles and games. The bikes are great, and easy to use. I would definitely return.

The Perfect Girls Weekend

We booked this property for a laid back girls weekend to celebrate my sister’s upcoming wedding. The accommodations were so beautiful from the moment you walk in. The decor and furniture are so tasteful and you can really tell the owners put in a lot of effort to welcome their guests. Instructions to enter were easy to follow and additional instructions were left inside for any other possible situations. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and anything you might need. The neighborhood was lovely and a quick drive into Burlington. There were also tons of matching bikes in the garage that we were able to take on a trail nearby. Did I mention the hot tub? It was perfect for us ladies to hang out and chat in the evening. I highly recommend booking and am already raving about my next trip to this beautiful location!

Tom and Nicole included everything you could wish for in this lovely condo. I am the original princess-and-the-pea, and it is rare to find accommodations that are so geared toward comfort and well being: mattresses, sofa, dining chairs, tub, all are super comfortable and supportive. The place was also stocked with many helpful small items, immaculately clean and the ac was really effective. Tom was incredibly quick to respond (almost instantaneously) to any question and went out of his way to make the logistics of a busy wedding weekend as easy as possible. They even offered to sit for our needy 13-year-old dog, which solved a big problem for us. Very relaxing few days. Highly recommend.
