House was great! Beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable. Was on a trip to New England with 8 family members ages 6-71 and we were all really happy with it. Check in and check out were a breeze and the house was easy to find. Driveway fit a mini van and SUV with no issues. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group. One thing that I loved, which is a niche comfort, was the small window in the master bathroom that I could crack to get a bit of the crisp morning autumn air while getting ready. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Burlington is a beautiful city in a beautiful state. 5/5 without a doubt.

This place was ideal for a small group of friends and two small children. There was enough space for each family to have their own bedroom upstairs, with plenty of room for two Pack 'n Plays in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen and dining room setup worked great for sharing dinner and playing table games at night. The location was also perfect as a homebase for nearby breweries and other attractions.

Everything worked out great with our stay here. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Ryan was easy to work with, and check in and out were no problem. If we visit the area again, we would stay here again.

Roomy and Comfortable Home!!

This house has a wonderful layout with a large open kitchen and dining area. The porches and back yard are perfect to relax after a busy day.The air-conditioners worked perfectly, bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds, great closet space!! Our party of 5 enjoyed our brief stay in this property tremendously. The location is perfect with many restaurants, breweries and shops minutes away! Most importantly, the host is wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this property!

Burlington, VT weekend

Property was at a perfect location for exploring downtown Burlington and also close to lots of nature! The host was very responsive and the neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Adequate for a Family of 5

The house was certainly adequate for 5 adults because it has 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and having a coffee maker/coffee was convenient for the mornings. All and all, our stay at this VRBO was quite pleasant.

The inside of the house was nice but not very clean. The master toilet was dirty. Needed new shower curtain. The grass needed to be cut. The front of the house was very dirty. The back porch was dirty

Nice Place

Overall, a very nice home. There was extensive construction going on in the neighborhood which made getting around a bit difficult, but not unmanageable. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the outdoor space due to the sheer number of mosquitoes around. But it was a comfortable stay for six women.

Wedding weekend!

We stayed here in July for our son’s wedding. It was the perfect place for our family to be together. The house was immaculate and there were plenty of comfortable rooms for everyone. Being close to restaurants and only a mile the wedding venue made it very convenient. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again for future visits. Thank you!!

Long weekend stay for a wedding

This property was perfect for us! We had 5 adults and we were in town for a wedding. Plenty of room for all of us and we definitely had enough room to all get ready for the wedding. It was a great location- an easy drive to downtown Burlington and also a quick walk to some of the restaurants nearby.
