Very quiet location with a nice view of the ocean and a cool breeze to enjoy it by. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

Great place for family to stay at the beach, short walk to the water. Avon is nicer in my opinion so the location was great. 5 mins from a store and bring a bike and you don’t need a car.

Perfect getaway

This house was amazing. It was walking distance to the beach, we were near restaurants and shopping, and the house was clean and organized. The owner was super responsive whenever we had questions. The biggest perk was the pool. My family had a great time!

Great space for family fun and enjoyment.

We found the home clean, cheerful and comfortable. The kitchen was great and housed anything you could possible need. There was plenty of comfortable seating and a table for game playing. The house is very open so we could enjoy being all together at all times. There was plenty of beds for all, and the mattresses slept wonderfully. Communication with the host was exceptional. Our family would definitely recommend staying here to all.

Birthday celebration

I took my children to celebrate my daughters 12th birthday. We had an absolutely amazing time ! The place is beautiful, comfortable and in an amazing location. 5 mins from grocery stores and restaurants and you can walk to get ice cream, coffee or scones. We even got to bring my sweet pup. Truly had a memorable experience and so thankful we were able to find such an amazing place.

We stayed at this beach rental and had a decent experience overall, but there were a few issues worth noting. The location was convenient and the space itself was comfortable, but the cleanliness did not fully meet expectations. Some areas looked like they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, which made the first impression less welcoming.Another concern was the presence of outdoor cameras, which we noticed after arriving. These were not disclosed in the property listing, and while they may have been intended for security, it would have been much better if this information had been communicated upfront.We also experienced an ongoing problem with the upstairs toilet, which would not flush properly. We had to remove the back of the tank and manually flush from inside the tank each time. Although we reported this issue to the owner during our stay, it was never corrected.Overall, the stay was fair but not without its drawbacks. With more attention to cleanliness, transparency about security features, and timely maintenance, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

Perfect Experience

Location was wonderful, home was super clean and had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our stay at the coast. Would definitely return.
