Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 1st floor condo with all the amenities including spacious bedrooms and open living space. Situated at 3rd hole of the London Bridge golf course and lake just a stones throw away. Kitchen, dinette and family room are open and ideal to serve your meals, or to just lounge around the big screen tv. Private paver patio with a BBQ is ideal for grilling. Or take your fixins and family/friends over to the club house to BBQ there and enjoy your choice of indoor or outdoor tables, umbrellas, etc. situated and over looking the huge pool and the two spas which have custom controls that can adjust the jet pressure and water temp to your liking.. If you have a watercraft of your own you want to bring along, there is plenty of short term boat storage parking as well as a complimentary wash rack with everything you'll need to detail your toys before you head home.

We were given wrong code to key box by host. Fridge didn’t work which host admitted was a problem in the past. Food spoiled. Host did reimburse for food but we had extra costs due to having to eat out more than planned. Host offered to keep our refrigerated food at his own home & deliver as needed but this would have been awkward. Toilet ran. Hosted fix but also admitted he has stayed at the condo a few weeks earlier & had noticed this but why didn’t he fix at that time. Condo is clean but poorly maintained. Gorilla tape on patio screen door. Vertical blinds on patio door don’t open & close appropriately & sliding mechanism had tape as attempt to make it work which did not work. We were unable to use shower in one bathroom as it will only face the wall & we couldn’t get it to face forward. Cheap attempts at updates such as dollar store vinyl 12x12 backsplash that is starting to fall off. The fixtures, appliances, & kitchen cabinets appear to be original to when condo was built. That being said, there are pros to condo such as great location on a golf course in a gated community. It is located near the London Bridge which was very convenient. It is pet friendly.

Double booked

Are stay was non existent. The host knowingly double booked. So when we showed up another customer was already in the room. When we called the host he acted like he had no idea what happened. We contacted Vrbo the told us they could see his other booking and that he booked us on top of it. He never canceled our stay and we had to spend our entire afternoon on the phone with Vrbo getting a refund.

No communication

Let start by saying I called and message the host a few times with no response! The codes to enter the property were wrong! Luckily enough someone else let me use their code to access. The lock box code worked thank god! There are no instructions in the condo for anything! The place is dated but it was clean . We probably would not stay there again!

Needs to be updated. Great location and nice and quiet. Had our dog with us and got a lot of dirty looks from the neighbors even though she’s very well behaved. Didn’t have the code for the main gate. After several minutes was able to flag down a security guy. He was very reluctant to give me the code until I showed him the email confirmation. The sliding glass door needs to be replaced. My wife could barely open it. The electrical outlet outside is about to come out the wall. Pots and pans are a hodgepodge and should be replaced. Freezer needs to be thawed and the drain cleaned as there is water buildup on the top shelf of the fridge.

Perfect Location

Our stay in Lake Havasu was fabulous. Condo was in heart of Lake Havasu, short walk to almost everything. Condo was clean and well stocked. Will stay there again if we ever get back to Lake Havasu.

Havasu Get Away

Eric's condo is comfortable, clean and in a great location to everything close to the London Bridge area. You can watch the golfers right on the patio, or partake in golfing at the nearby executive style course. You can park your car and walk to many restaurants, walk the river path and shop with ease. The only thing that is odd is that many electrical outlets do not hold a plug in place. I would definitely stay at Eric's place again.

1st time in Lake Havasu

Stayed here to visit friends that line in Havasu. Great location near the London Bridge. Right on the Golf course in a first floor condo in a Gated complex. Pros: Great location and close to everything that you might need. Food, Groceries, entertainment, etc. McColloch Blvd for dining and entertainment is a quick 3-5 minute drive away. Pool area (heated) was very nice and not very crowded. Parking was plentiful and covered. Cons: Music from the "Channel" boats was loud during most warm times of the days. Not annoying but you can hear them across the golf course. Bedrooms - Master did not have a King bed. Queen bed at best. Not a deal breaker. All in all a very good stay. Better than a hotel would have been. We would consider this location again.

Quick stay to go Jeeping with friends

Impression of the property- location was amazing with bottom floor access which was very close to our friends who live in the condo’s next door. Interior was as if we just walked into the 70’s and there’s was absolutely zero effect done to modernise the property. The Wi-Fi is scribbled on a piece of paper that never worked. There should’ve been an email with the Wi-Fi. We never got the gate code which was frustrating. The property was clean but don’t forget your house shoes bcz you can’t walk on the carpet without them.

Not what I expected

The positives are the location is great and the view was lovely. The negatives: the listing stated a king bed in the master bedroom, it was a queen, Air conditioning didn’t work, the screen door for the patio door is taped up and about to fall apart and the entire condo could use a thorough update. Felt the quality could have been better for the price.
