Your Hilton Head Island vacation should be nothing less than spectacular and 8 Dewberry Lane nestled in the heart of Sea Pines Resort gives you that and more! Community pool and tennis court included! Pets considered for an additional fee of $400. ($200 for each additional pet).

This beautiful vacation “home away from home” comfortably accommodates a family or group of 8 and is located just a short walk or bike ride to the best beach Hilton Head has to offer as well as Harbour Town Yacht Basin. If golf is your passion, Sea Pines Resort features four golf courses. Tennis, anyone? Boating? Biking, hiking, even horseback riding, shopping, dining…it is all here for you.

Enjoy indoor activities such as family movie or game nights (we will supply the popcorn) in the spacious living room with sliders to the deck. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to pack a picnic basket for the beach or prepare an exquisite meal to enjoy at the dining table. There are three bedrooms ideal for afternoon naps or a restful night of sleep.

The primary bedroom features an “oh-so-cozy” king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed fit for royalty, and the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin beds. We think you will be happy with the two full bathrooms, as well!

In addition to the outside deck, there is a very convenient outdoor shower which comes in handy after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor grill, too, just waiting for you to get your grill on and rustle up some steaks or seafood!

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $400 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $200 for the extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
* The community pool at Greenwood Forest is open from April 15th through October 15th each year.
* A Pack-N-Play is included for added convenience!

Great place to stay!

A beautiful spot to relax at home or go out to experience the beautiful area. Fairly centrally located in a quiet area, walkable to harbor town, the sea pines beach club, and sea pines center. A short drive to the grocery store just outside of sea pines. Host2coast made the check in and arrival very convenient. A great launching point for Hilton head adventures!

Wonderful 4 weeks in HHI

We stayed at this house for 4 weeks and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was perfect for our group- 2 couples and an infant. Everything at the property was as pictured and the property management company was super responsive if any issue came up. We absolutely loved the location, especially the quiet neighborhood pool. Highly recommend.

Great Place

This property was the perfect place to stay for our family of five. Large and spacious three bedrooms. Beautifully updated. Conveniently located between Sea Pines Beach (access to the beach by trolley, stop is walking distance away) and the fun of Harbor Town. Would definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a place to stay in Hilton Head.

Great house!

This house overall was great and provided an amazing trip for my family. There was a little miscommunication with the booking, but they quickly worked to resolve it. The appliances all looked like they were brand new the day we walked in! Will definitely be back to the area in the future!

Annual summer trip

The property is actually described in the listing, the pictures included are current and represent the space well. The property is located within a very private area. The beach is easily accessible via the trolley or a casual bike ride (not walkable). There community pool is meant very well maintained. Overall the property is well suited for all parties, families, kids, remote work.

Excellent, except....

House was very clean and just the right size for the 5 of us. Just a few disappointments: Found a roach crawling in one bedroom, bikes at the house were unoperable (although to be fair, they were not advertised to have bikes online), and the pool had NO furniture! They sold their old pool furniture and the new stuff wasn't in yet. We realize this was not the home owner's responsibility, but we were a bit disappointed all week, having no pool furniture at the neighborhood pool.

The property was the perfect size for our family. We loved the location for so many reasons; it was quiet, the neighborhood was great for going for walks with our dog and toddler. There was even a park just a minute away complete with a playground, basketball court, pool, and tennis court. The kitchen was well-stocked and the openness of the home was perfect for vacation. It was a quick bike ride to the beach, Harbour Town, and Saltydog. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely book here again.

The place was beautifully decorated (just as pictured) and was the Perfect size and layout for our family. Kitchen was stocked with Everything you could need to cook with and we appreciated the 2 types of coffee makers so much! The knives were like professional chefs knives- better than mine at home! :) The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was convenient to access all the wonderful bike paths nearby- making our daily bike rides to the beach and all over Sea Pines so easy! Communication with the host was seemless and responsive for a couple of very minor issues we had. We will definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

We were pleasantly surprised to get notification of early check in & to also receive a nice array of hospitality gifts including a sturdy canvas tote, couple waters and delicious cookies. The home was well appointed & kitchen appliances, cookware & dishware were quite good. Baths were nothing special but clean & adequate. Unfortunately, we arrived during a major pollen 'drop' which coated everything outside. Someone came through the first week, blowing off the deck & furniture but not during our second week. If would be great to have a blower or hose to use in the back so we could clean off the furniture ourselves. The location is central & very close to Sea Pines Center (with a shortcut through the neighborhood). Nice bike ride or long walk to the beach or Harbourtown. Management company was very responsive too & easy to communicate with. Great restaurants nearby and just outside of Sea Pines. Couple of our favorites are Pomodori & Jazz Corner. We did carry out from Trufflies one night due to illness & it was very good too.

This home is very well stocked as far as the kitchen goes. It could use some attention to detail such as the master bedroom that has a king size bed had QUEEN SIZED SHEETS as well as a queen sized mattress pad. That made for challenges daily with the remaking of the bed and some pretty severe stretching to get the linens to work. Internet was decent but downloads to emails were a bit challenging. The home not having carpet was wonderful! We appreciated the vacuum being there.
