An in-law area provides privacy if desired. Outdoor decks offer the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the water. 6 bedrooms provide for comfortable sleeping arrangements. Seaside Height's Board Walk and amusements are sure to please the young and the young at heart. If quieter beaches are your passion, those found at the town of Lavalette fit the bill. All dining cuisines may be found within a few miles. Summertime concerts are offered by our local municipalities. This hide-a-way provides something for everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our family of 13. The kids enjoyed sleeping all together in the bunk room. Short drive to the beach and boardwalk.

Another Wonderful Vacation

This is our second year renting. The space is perfect for our large family and is the perfect location. The home is immaculate and Patrick is prompt with all communication. Five star stay!!!!

Great place for a family gathering! Comfy beds, and room enough for everyone to have there own space. Outdoor spaces were amazing. Upper deck for sunset and lower deck plenty of space for visiting or sun bathing. We loved this place look forward to booking again!

Beautiful home

We had an extended family stay, and found the location on the water, so close to the open bay, with wide lagoons, perfect for boating, jet skiing and kayaking. The house had every amenity we could ask for. Bringing our own sheets and towels is a little bit of a drag, but we managed! The owner was very responsive to our questions We would rent this beautiful home again without question.

Roomy house close to seaside heights

We had a wonderful time with friends for the week. Kids were able to enjoy our kayaks and paddle boards on the river when we weren’t at the beach. Stores and restaurants are close by and beaches were a quick drive which was convenient.

My extended family had a wonderful 9 day vacation at Boater's Paradise. My father who's been coming to the Toms River area for 75 years, greatly enjoyed sitting outside by the waterside watching the boats cruise by. We went for walks in Pine Beach & Island Heights, swam at the beaches in Ocean Gate & Island Beach State Park, and went for a memorable lunch cruise on the River Lady. The house is very comfortable and the roomy outdoor seating area is a wonderful place to hang out and make memories. We're already planning our next stay!

This home was everything we imagined and more! It was prefect for our first family vacation with our daughter! There was plenty of room for all of us. It was wonderful! At first I was a little Leary about where the house was located. Best choice ever!!! The house was great peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. Didn’t even go to the beach one day had everything right at our fingertips. Want the same house next year if possible.

Wonderful week

As well as being an absolutely stunning property, this property was close to both Atlantic City and New York City, both of which were on our ladies week calendar to do. The property is set up to be relaxing and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out, both inside and out. Patrick was a wonderful host, always responding to inquiries quickly and patiently. I would recommend this property to anyone headed to that area.

Great house!

This property was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean, the location was perfect. Our party was 5 moms, 1 grandma, and 8 girls between 13-19. We never felt crammed, we were able to eat dinner together at the outside tables and just hang out in the living room at night. The owners quickly responded to any questions that I had and checked in to see that all was well. We would definitely want to come back again.

Family vacation

Loved the location, great for boaters, fishing, corner location allows for views even within the channels, witch themselves are like Venice, short drive to the boardwalk, close to most pharmacies, grocery stores, and gas stations. My family and I have stayed with VRBO clients for roughly 18+ years from upstate NY to SW Virginia, this was a great place, nice family environment. Gets a Thumb's up from the Mellon family and we appreciate it.

Relaxing Getaway Close to all the Fun

This place was wonderful. Spacious inside and out. 3 Full bathrooms were much appreciated we were in town for a dance competition and having all 3 bathrooms made getting the girls ready super easy! The outside area with the deck, grill and fire pit was super relaxing. The kids loved fishing right outside the house! The parents loved that the kids had a big room to play and make there own. We had 4.5 families in the house and we did not feel crammed at any point it was wonderful. Would love to stay again.

Perfect Summer Home for Family & Friends!

Pat's home was absolutely perfect for our family and friends Summer vacation. The property is well maintained and was stocked with everything to make our stay easy and fun. The backyard on a corner bay lot has fantastic, panoramic bay views, and a great view of the Sunset from the upper deck. From check-in to check-out, Pat was readily available and made our experience one we will never forget. See you next Summer!
