Townhouse was beautiful. Very large and very spacious. Was just my wife and I, but the townhouse could easily accommodate multiple people in complete comfort. Multiple smart televisions so you can stream whatever service you normally use at home. Kitchen was very well stocked including basic staples. Communication with the owners was excellent. We would highly recommend using this townhouse if you're staying in College Station.

Our host had everything perfectly set up! We were amazed at the care she must have taken to do it. We had plenty of towels, dishes & silverware. There was a Keurig machine with pods, the basics you might need if you were at your own home, like a little sugar for your coffee. It was a terrific place to stay - we would stay there over & over!

Points faibles : Emplacement
The property was nice and clean. However, after we checked in while we had stepped out for dinner someone came back to the property and emptied the dishwasher and moved the items from the washing machine to the dryer. (and who knows what else). Both were running upon our arrival - 1 hour after check in time. It appears property owner has some way of watching guests in order to know when they are present or not. I felt it to be an invasion of privacy; when upon check in there shouldn't be a reason for the host to return to the property without letting the guest know. There are ways to communicate to the guest if a return was necessary, but there was no communication.
