Charming Cottage & Guest House 1 Block to Beach with Oaks and water views

Enjoy beachy breezes from the porch looking at the gulf just 1 block away! A 1515 sqft house and a 1983 sqft guest house. This property is way more than just 2 houses, it was designed to for family and friends to make lasting memories.

A large yard with an enormous oak tree provides a beautiful place to relax. Water views from the porch and living room of the main house and views from living room/kitchen of guest house.
A short 200 yard walk to the beach and a 2-3 minute drive to downtown Gulfport restaurants, the aquarium, the harbor and parks.
A short drive to Gulfport or Biloxi Casinos.

The main house offers 3 bedrooms (all king beds), 2 baths (both en-suite for 2 of the bedrooms) and shareable to BR 3 from separate hallway entry (1515 sq ft). The main house has a gas range along with quality cookware and cutlery. Tv's are located in all bedrooms and the living room. There is access to Sling TV and you are welcome to use any apps you have access to while there.


Guest house is 1983 sq feet with plenty space to entertain w/ a large kitchen, outdoor, & open bar area. 1 bedroom with a king bed and twin trundles (2 mattresses) & 2 full baths . There's a pull out queen murphy bed in the living room and a loft space for the kids to play. There are also 2 twin air mattresses available. There is a large loft area with 2 6 foot bean bags and a TV. The loft area has a very low ceiling...great for kids or lounging.

Great Stay!

This house is set up so well between the main house and guest house. Between the two house you will have everything you need for a great stay! The kitchens have plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. The guest house is great with the arcade games and cool place to relax. Also the beach is just a 5 minute walk!

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

This property is simply gorgeous! It is in close proximity to all that we planned to do; beaches, restaurants, shops and downtown area. It has fantastic walkability to all of these amenities. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property as the perfect getaway for your family.

Great Family Getaway

This property was great for our whole family to get away for a nice break. The two houses were fantastic to allow everyone space and the property was well stocked with a full kitchen. Right down the street from the beach made it good for everyone to do their own thing since the weather was blistering hot while we were there. Host was also excellent.

Perfect Spot

Loved this property! The house is beautiful and had met all our needs! Had a wonderful back yard with outdoor furniture, tree swing and a view of the Gulf. Ideal location for being accessible to all the Gulfport and surrounding area has to offer. Would highly recommend this property for a large group. I hope to revisit and rent this property again.

Wedding Weekend

My niece was getting married in Gulfport and lots of family was coming into town. This place is the perfect place to accommodate several people. We had a gathering one night and it was so comfortable and easy to do with all the space! We have already booked it again for the holidays!

Bridge Retreat

We loved the property. The guest house was fabulous. Spacious. We put up two Bridge tables and 8 ladies played Bridge for three days. Having a complete kitchen was perfect We were very comfortable in house and guest house. Had everything we needed. Owners were great to communicate with us.

Good home, beautiful location

The home was absolutely stunning - although my only concern was the guest house seemed to have some kinda of stain (looked as dog pee) from I assume the guest before. Other than that, the home was in a wonderful location. It had lots to do around it and was surrounded by fantastic scenery. The owners truly made the house very beach themed and made it feel like a home for the time we stayed. Couldn’t have asked for a better home for the girls weekend - truly a place to stay!

Gulfport Cottage

There was an issue with the cleanliness of the house, but the owner made things right. Owners were very polit and respectful. There was no problem when it came to communication. Ideal location. Located just off the strip. I would recommend they hire a different cleaning service and do checks regularly, to make sure house is properly cleaned.

Awesome rental and wonderful for families!

I was traveling for work but took advantage of the time in an area with family to bring along my spouse and kids. We were a party of 9 and we had tons of space to spread out and visit. It was especially nice being walking distance to the water & close to town, but also nice having the two houses so I could work or study from one (quiet house) and visit when I had breaks in the familial house. We loved the fun shuffle board games and grill/outdoor space. We took advantage of visiting the Aquarium and Children’s museum (both super nice!) I would definitely stay here again! Both homes were beautiful!

Family Gathering in Gulfport

The home and cottage was very clean and we could see the water from the porch. It was a quiet neighborhood. The cottage had old school games including pack man and a shuffle board. We have a son that uses a wheelchair and with a portable ramp no issues to get in the property. Bathroom facilities were not handicap accessible but we made it work with a little intuitive trucks. We definitely will book again Thanks

Jeeping Family

We had the best place to stay. Thank you so much . Our group was from 70 to 15 and everyone was happy. With two houses to stay in all of the Teenager boys stayed in the guest house while the 3 sets of adults were in the other one. Being able to walk to the beach was wonderful, plus all of the beach chairs and boards kept us from having to buy. This is a 10 start not just 5.

Amazing Beach House for our family reunion!!

This beautiful & spacious beach house is PERFECT for our family reunion!! This place is amazing, accommodating, and has everything!! We all enjoyed the guest house which has games that we can hang out and play. The main house was for family lunch & dinners. The outside has very scenic big oak tree for family pictures and great swings & patio area to hang out! The beach is just a walk away and parking is spacious! Mandy our host was awesome and super friendly, always making sure we are okay and if we need anything. We definitely will plan to stay here again when we get a chance, I highly recommend this beautiful place!! Will refer this place to all my family and friends!!

Annual Golf Trip

8 Guys over 55 for our annual golf trip. Communication with Host couldnt have been better. Nice place for 6 adults, but all of us had our own bed. Murphy Bed is in living room in guest house, so dont put the guy that is not going to stay up in it if you are going to party in there like we did. We spent most of the time in the guest house. Other than that we had a great time. If we get down here again we will definately stay here again, thanks again Mandy!!

2nd Street is a very highly sought after area in Gulfport. It has many beautiful oaks and is one block from the beach and close to downtown. There are historic homes along the street that have been renovated and many new construction homes in the area. It is a very quiet street where you'll see many retirees walking their dogs or going for a walk/jog when the weather allows. We try to provide more than just a place to stay but a place to have memories that will last forever.

Our renovated main house was built in 1920 but has undergone many changes through the years. It was completely renovated after Katrina and has been renovated more recently by us with new paint and lovely furnishings and artwork so the home feels much much newer but with so much old world charm. The guest house was once a 5 car garage for very high end vehicles from a previous owner and was eventually converted to a living space with a bedroom, loft, living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms and laundry space. The exquisite garage ceiling is rare (gold colored metal finish) so we decided to keep that extra flare to tie into decorating. We love that our home and property feels like a special place to guests to unwind and reset. We love hearing from our guests who tell us about the great memories made there. We love being able to offer this experience to others.

SOME EVENTS MAY BE ALLOWED

Since there are 2 houses it will allow larger groups to stay while allowing enough privacy to have their own space where they can hang out late into the night while some go to sleep early.
The property is located just 215 yards from the beach making it easy to walk to.
There is a large yard with a beautiful sprawling oak tree overlooking water views down to the ocean.
