The Ranahan Resort is famous for world-class skiing, winter adventures, and exquisite outdoor activities all year long. The ranch-style accommodations feature native stone and timber construction, fully-equipped kitchens, private balcony or patio, and fireplace. Incredible resort amenities include a lavish indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, indoor water slide, and even a play area with splash pad for kids. Enjoy the Blue River Bar and Lounge that includes fun games like pool and shuffleboard, fitness center with Pelotons, and BBQ stations ideal for entertaining. For nature lovers, immerse yourself in Breckenridge outdoors adventures conveniently with a ski/bike valet. All villas feature high-end amenities, including designer stainless steel appliances, and washer/dryer in unit.
The 2 Bedroom Villa sleeps up to 6 people. It has 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa Bed, and 2 full Baths. This villa has a total of 1180 sq. feet, and numerous fireplaces within the villa and also private balcony.

As per your skiing access, convenience is key to a happy snow day. Enjoy our complimentary shuttle to and from the base of the mountain for easy lift access. Plus, store your gear safely with our hassle-free ski valet when you return to the resort.

At the Breckenridge Ski resort (nearby) there are 187 trails, consistent snow turnout, and phenomenal views, the Breckenridge Ski Resort can be enjoyed by riders of any skill level.

Lake Dillon is also nearby! From stand up paddle boarding, learning how to sail, camping, or trekking through Colorado’s beautiful trails on foot or on wheels — Lake Dillon is packed with outdoor family fun!

We are also close to the Breckenridge Golf Club, where you’ll enjoy more than a great game of golf on these public Jack Nicklaus Signature greens, comprised of 3 unique 9-hole courses — it boasts phenomenal views, showcases the mining history of Breckenridge, and is the home of one of the highest-rated golf shops in the nation.

Spacious, Clean, not far from everything

Overall, this property was great. The rooms were of generous size, as well as the bathrooms. We didn't find the kitchen lacking in utensils as mentioned by another guest. There was considerable noise from the floor above halfway through our week. The indoor pool was a highlight for our son. The outdoor pool was heated nicely and the size and number of hot tubs ensured that you didn't feel crowded in a cess pool of bodies. The front desk was responsive to our questions/needs. Having Christy's sports downstairs was perfect. We didn't use the shuttle to the slopes, but the drive was not long at all. The owner was always quick to respond to questions before our stay, which was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property, Fabulous Location, Great Amenities & Excellent Host!

We had the most AMAZING stay here — we are already planning to book here again next year! We are a family of hard core skiers who came out in a three generation annual trip — grandparents, parents, and kids (one child and one toddler) — and had an amazing time! The property is incredible — tons of space for everyone and absolutely everything we needed was there and ready to go when we arrived, and large enough where everyone had their own space and could also hang together in the common areas. The host was super responsive to all our needs in advance of and upon arrival, and she answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly. Absolutely zero issues with the property — it was clean, organized and everything was in impeccable order! Athle amenities at the Ranahan are unbelievable—there was literally something for everyone of every age to do at any time of day — and the front desk staff were SO friendly and helpful! The location is SO close to town which was a major perk, and the shuttle to/from Breck mountain and town was so convenient. We were on the slopes early and never had to wait more than a few minutes for our shuttle home. Was fantastic to not have to deal with parking at the mountain or in town! And the ski valet on site at the property was such a great perk! The property is on the ground floor and near a side entrance which was super handy for us with kids and tons of grocery runs :-) Overall a really fab property — we absolutely loved our stay!

Loved this place!

The Welk Resort was fantastic! The condo was very nicely laid out. Loved that the living room had a door which could be converted into a 3rd bedroom. The bedrooms were very large and nicely decorated. Loved the hot tub and pool, as well as the amenities of the bar. in the resort. We will definitely be back! Our only recommendation would be to increase the tools/supplies in the kitchen - lacked some basics that we would have expected.
