Perfectly positioned for your group’s ski getaway, you can ski down Four O' Clock Run to the Gondola Ski Back Run turning behind Thunder Mountain Condos all the way to your Ski Hill Condo parking lot. Unwind by the cozy gas fireplace in the spacious living area, complete with ample seating and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials to prepare delicious meals after exhilarating days on the slopes.

Enjoy the convenience of accommodations for up to eight guests, including a bunk bed setup perfect for kids. Additional amenities include access to a shared pool and hot tub, ideal for relaxing aprùs-ski. **Ski Hill Seasonal Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; Open from Thanksgiving to Easter**

Other amenities include parking for one vehicle and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are stocked with fresh linens and towels as well as basic toiletries. All our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and our friendly staff is available 24/7 so you can rest assured your vacation is as worry-free as possible.

Main Level:
- Master Suite: king bed, smart tv, private bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
- Bunk Room: full-over-full bunk bed w/ twin trundle, full-sized futon, smart tv. (sleeps 6)
- Bathroom 2: walk-in tile shower w/ toilet.
- 1/2 Bathroom: half bathroom w/ toilet.

The property was kept really clean. It is a very cozy place to stay in and the access to the hot tub and the facilities was easy. I liked staying here with my family very much!

We had a great stay! Perfect location to walk to everything on Main Street and to do some hiking! We stayed 3 nights and everything was fine! Few little things but nothing that made our stay bad! Enjoyed fall in Breck!

Awesome location within walking distance of the gondola. Downtown Breck was just a couple blocks away as well. Management company was super responsive when I texted them with questions. Loved that the unit had 2.5 bedrooms, as that extra half bath helps keep the peace in my family of 4. A bit tired inside with some minor issues involving the master bed shower and tech issues (wifi, cable). Location, cleanliness, and management responsiveness makes up for it though!

Great location, nice stay

A little outdated but overall good stay. Laundry was not in the unit which was a bit of a pain but a wonderful location easy walking to gondola and Main Street. For the price would definitely stay again.

Summer Stay

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The location is great! Walking distance to shops, coffee and ice cream. We enjoyed the amenities of the property (pool and hot tubs)!Our children are to the age where they don’t share a bed, so the fact that this place offers 3 beds in one room is great. The futon mattress sinks to the middle a bit, but there was another sleeping option so it didn’t affect us at all.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Breckenridge getaway

Our first time in Breckenridge and this place was perfect location to Main Street. Nice kitchen and family space. Bedrooms with nice space and so good to have multiple bathrooms with the family! Easy parking, even some covered parking for when it was raining!

The interior of the unit seemed very dated. The electrical outlet and light situation in the two bedrooms was awkward, and possibly a hazard.

Unit was fine, but obviously hands-off ownership. I imagine this place was no perfect in the 1990s.Upon arrival disposal smelled like fish. Beds comfortable and kitchen stocked. Shower liner was no more than half the length of the shower curtain. Ceiling fans would do wonders for air circulation.Again

ran parking sticker to condo before departure and had sticker on Driver’s side window threading towing/boot if not moved. I was gone no more than five minutes. There is a mic and helpful ACE Hardware in Silverthorne where I had to buy a single edged razor to scrape off the stick-um.

Great location. Clean property. Unfortunately, an interior remodel was occurring just outside our unit. We had to listen to a lot of sawing and pounding late into Friday evening and endure unpleasant paint fumes. We believe the management company should have informed us about the construction at time of booking since it was a planned remodel. See attached photo of the remodel communication to tenants. Had we been informed about the construction, we'd probably have passed on the property.
