Cozy ski condo

Had a fabulous time! The condo was even nicer than pictured, nestled amid the snow-laden pines within easy shuttle reach to the Peak 8 Base area of Breckenridge. The kitchen was fully equipped and updated, as was the bathroom. We especially enjoyed the fireplace. Can't wait to ten!the Peak v8 bar area of Bechtel

Mountain retreat

This condo was so cozy and fun. The fireplace was perfect, the apres sign was fun, and the overall decor is done so well. The building is older but it is very obvious that the owners take great pride in providing an enjoyable experience to their guests. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much.

Everything was easy sailing from the time I booked. I did not need to reach out to the owner at all because instructions were straight forward. He helped make this trip one to remember especially allowing young renters when most don’t.

Location is what makes this property

We walked into candy wrappers on the counter, hair in the bathroom and bed sheets, no parking pass, and no coffee carafe for the coffee maker. Marc was very responsive and was able to get the s a coffee pot the following day. The place is definitely dated, but has nice key features. It’s location one stop from Peak 8 is wonderful

Condo was cozy, well loved, but nice linens and shower. Condo is in need of cooking utensils and new bunk bed - really rickety and dangerous to sleep on. Overall, nice experience.

Good spot

We had a nice, short stay at this cute, convenient location for 3 days snowboarding. Price was right. Space was enough for fam of 4. Kitchen and bath had everything we needed. Host s very responsive and helpful. Only big gripe - the thermostat is by the front door (coolest area) so both bedrooms got very hot and stuffy even with temp set at 65F; bring wood for the fireplace if you like you alike to sleep in cooler temps.

Great Spot, Too Much Party

The unit itself was great and the location is wonderful. We know Breck well and stay in that area frequently. However, there was a party going on in a unit either nearby or attached to the building ours was in and it went on until 4am and we couldn't escape the loud music. That part was really terrible, especially while being up there in hopes of a relaxing weekend. We probably wouldn't stay there again because of that. It's the first time in over 10 years we've had that problem staying up there.

Our freshly updated condo is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes or hiking trails.

- Bedrooms -
The home is furnished with one queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom and one bunk bed with pull-out trundle in the second bedroom. Bunk bed mattresses are full-sized and the trundle is a twin. All beds have brand new, ultra-comfy memory foam mattresses.

- Living Room -
Dial the coziness up to 11 in the living room, where you'll find a chic, comfortable couch and plenty of plush blankets to wrap yourself in. Pour yourself a glass of wine, light a fire in the wood fireplace, and enjoy some Xfinity cable or Netflix on the 55" 4K TV.

- Balcony -
Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the mini fire pit and views of the beautiful Ten Mile Range. If you're visiting in the summertime, the balcony is also a great place to watch dozens of hummingbirds buzz around the area.

- Kitchen -
If you don't feel like heading out to one of Breckenridge's wonderful restaurants, we've stocked the kitchen with silverware, pots, pans, plates, and glassware. Not a morning person? Don't worry, there's a coffee maker too.

- Bathroom -
The bathroom is newly renovated and spacious. A large, floating double vanity with all-new fixtures provides plenty of space for your toiletries and other essentials.

- Extras -
Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board, blow dryer, soap, extra paper towels, board games, a deck of cards, and more.

Want to head to the ski lifts or into town? You'll be just a few steps away from the Gold Camp shuttle stop along Ski Hill Road. It's part of Breck's free shuttle service. Both the base of Peak 8 and Main Street are just a quick bus ride away (about 3-5 minutes for either).

- Ski Locker -
You'll have access to a private ski locker on the first floor
