My best friend, Mom and Mom in law enjoyed our trip to tje Covered Bridge Festival. Mitch was an awesome host who was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We loved the neighborhood and the home and outdoor space is beautiful.

Beautiful home, landscaping was beautiful as well. Loved sitting on the back deck listening the wind chime and relaxing. Great location as well, downtown only 5 minutes away.

Family members from SC, TN, & MO in town for our mother’s funeral. Comfortable home for all of us to stay together during this difficult time. 1000% above and beyond what a hotel would have been, and would have had to travel back & forth from Indianapolis. These accommodations were a blessing for us.

Football Game

Charming house with gorgeous backyard

We booked this house because we had a family wedding at 3 Fat Labs. This house was perfect for my family of 6 adults. It has such a gorgeous backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back porch.

Mitch & Dova were fantastic property managers and were very quick to respond with questions and recommendations. Very close to 3 fat labs wedding venue and not far from downtown/campus.

Beautiful location

A great place for a peaceful getaway. We loved the quiet neighborhood, close enough to Greencastle for in-town activities, and far enough away to feel secluded. A lovely house with everything you could want.

We feel in love with Greencastle years ago and find it to be the perfect bend of small town feel as well as close proximity to a number of great places and events. Just a sample: Fern Cliffs is a hidden gem just a short drive away, with DePauw's Nature Park less than a 5 minute drive. Add Indiana's premiere festival, Covered Bridge Festival every October a mere 25 minute drive- who could ask for more?

Our neighborhood borders on a privately held woodland reserve and deer sighting are common throughout the year. We are committed to offering our guests a clean and inviting home with an open floor plan and intimate spaces to relax and enjoy. We are located just 7 minuets from DePauw University, 3 minutes from 3 Fat Labs and 12 minutes from Owl Ridge wedding venue. For those coming to enjoy events at C Bar C Expo Center, we are a short 21 minuet drive, Lincoln Park Speedway 15 minutes, and for Indiana's premiere Bridge Festival, Mansfield is only 25 minuets away.
