Complete disconnect only 25 min from Indianapolis and 20 minutes from Depauw University. Travel 25 minutes and escape the high-traffic, noise, and distractions to plug into the people you love the most.

Our large home,has hosted and served familes,women's groups, men's groups, girl's nights, and guy's nights! Enjoy a bourbon and cigar on the front patio overlooking the lot, open a bottle of wine and find yourself deep into conversation building relationships. Our home is located at Heritage lake, and we have also equipped with so many games to help make unforgettable moments. We would love to host you and your closest people in our Safe Haven!

Absolutely loved it!

My groomsmen and I rented this place for a guys weekend before my wedding. We absolutely loved it. Awesome house and place to stay plenty to do and very clean! The hosts were kind and even sent us all a wedding gift! Excellent communication! Great stay!

Perfect Place for DePauw's Graduation Weekend!

My family and I are so grateful for our stay at this awesome Coatesville house for 3 nights for my son's graduation! The beds are comfortable, the porch is lovely, and the 20 minute drive to DePauw's Greencastle campus was scenic. It was so nice for my extended family to be together, and this house helped make the weekend so fun and memorable. I would especially recommend this house to DePauw families for graduation (or another) weekend as lodging in the area is limited, and I am so glad I booked early. The large driveway was also appreciated for the number of cars we had coming and going as well as the space it provided for the kids to play basketball. Gino and Bobbie were very responsive and caring hosts! Thank you SO much for everything!

This was a really nice property! Very comfortable and spacious. Gino and Bobby made this a "check your brain at the door" experience. We have already signed for another date.

Beautiful home well equipped for a great time w/ family

The home was lovely and very clean. My family truly enjoyed all the space in the home and was able to do their own thing. Bobby and Gino was very welcoming and attentive to any requests that I may had. I will definitely be staying here in the future. The pictures does not do justice the home is beautiful. Superb accommodations!

Bobbi and Gino were the ultimate hosts! They were super responsive and made our stay very personalized. They asked if we were celebrating any special occasions and they left small gifts and a wonderful message to our family around those events. We were able to comfortably sleep all of our guests in the requested bed size they wished which was pretty amazing since there were 11 of us! They left wonderful instructions and recommendations which were all amazing! I would highly recommend their property to anyone. Our only downside was so many of us needed to shower to prepare for our events and sometimes ran a little short of hot water. We were able to divide and conquer to get around this without too much effort. We would definitely stay again should we have the need to travel again as a family to the same area.

Personable Hosts

Thank you for allowing us to have a home away from home. It isn't often our family has the opportunity to get away and enjoy each other's company. We are large enough that we cannnot stay just anywhere. Your house gave us this common meeting space for us to gather and relax. We certainly appreciated your personal touch by welcoming the "Braddock" family on your dining area wall and the personal note on the table. It was as if you cared about us. Your communication with me prior to our stay made me feel comfortable knowing that we indeed had a place to stay. I appreciate your response to our questions. We did our best to leave the house in as good of a shape as we found it. I trust you felt the same. While we were not able to enjoy Heritage Lake and the surrounding community, the area did seem friendly...especially with all the golf carts. We wish you the best of success in keeping the house rented on a frequent basis.
