Grayce on Dollhouse Row -a 1920's Original Beach Cottage

Grayce is one of 9 original historical and iconic "dollhouses" on Dollhouse Row in OCNJ. The calming charm of this piece of history, located only 300 ft from the bay, will captivate you the moment you arrive. Every amenity is thought of for you so that rest and relaxation is all you need to do. The 2-story cottage comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms. Read a book in the cozy meditation corner of the master bedroom or in the macrame swing by the front door (250lb max). Savor your morning cup of coffee in our tangerine Adirondack chairs on the front porch while you watch the neighborhood awaken. Or unwind with an evening glass of wine in our newly redone semi-private backyard alcove - complete with ambient lighting and Adirondack chairs. Grill up dinner on our new gas grill to bring to the beach or enjoy in our eat in kitchen that comfortably sits 4-6. Beach tags for 4 along with 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, beach cart, blanket, cooler bag, large beach bag, and beach umbrella are waiting and ready to go in the outside shed. Challenge your friends and family to a game of Paddleball or corn hole! Go for a morning bike ride on the boards with the 2 included beach cruisers (tire pump and tire repair kit are in the shed). Oh and don't forget to shower off in our enclosed outdoor shower after your day at the beach!

The whole energy of Grayce is centered around your comfort. Our goal is to make your stay one of pure replenishment so amenities such as bath towels, bed linens, pillows, and blankets are provided for our guests. All bed pillows and mattresses are covered in waterproof bed bug protectors and are changed in between guests and ALL linen (sheets, comforters, blankets, sham covers, and couch throws) will be laundered using anti-viral techniques to ensure the ultimate level of protection and cleanliness. Both Queen beds feature Cozy Earth Bamboo Sheets (which are thought to be the softest sheets in the world! In addition ALL guests of Grayce receive a 40% discount code to use in the future with Cozy Earth!). Waterproof slip covers on the sofa and ottoman are also laundered and changed between guests. The newly redone kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, serving platters/bowls, bakeware, Charcuterie boards, and cookware along with grill utensils for the outdoor propane grill. Basic spices, sugar/sweetener, and fully stocked coffee nook are provided. Small appliances included: drip coffee maker, pour over coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, stove top espresso maker, mini waffle maker, toaster, mini griddle, hard boiled egg maker, air fryer, indoor s'more maker, and hand held mixer.

Grayce is the perfect seaside retreat for anyone looking for all that the shore has to offer. She is walking distance to many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and of course - the world famous Ocean City Boardwalk! Make sure to sample OCNJ's most famous morsels - Manko's Pizza, Johnson's Popcorn, and Kohr Brothers - just to name a few! OC is a family oriented "dry" town however there are liquor stores conveniently located right before coming onto the island. Every water sport is available nearby including whale/dolphin watching, surfing, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, paddle boarding, and more!

The sunset on the bay is a *must*. Simply walk out the back door and within 300 ft you will have a front row seat of the some of the most beautiful sunsets ever! The beach is only 5 short blocks away - a perfect distance for your daily venture to the beach or for a relaxing evening stroll to stargaze on the sand.

Grayce and a few other of the Dollhouses were featured twice on the cover of Ocean City magazine.
