Why wait for an elevator when you can park right outside your front door? This bright and charming studio condo is located on the ground floor with beautiful lake views and just a short walk from the beach and pool. You can sleep 2 on our king bed and sleeper sofa.
It has a convenient accessible full kitchen with everything at arm's reach & one full bathroom with a shower tub combo. We have a large wall mounted flat screen that can be adjusted for living area or bedroom area viewing. Just under the TV is the dining area with seating for 4 at the table. The unit has a large closet in the hall for clothing and suitcases, a bathroom closet for toiletries, and a pantry closet.

Lullwater Condos have an unassigned first come first serve parking lot. We ask that everyone be fair and just take 1 parking spot on the building side and one across if you have two vehicles. They have a fenced in pool on the premises available to guest that's very close to our condo.

Beach Access from Lullwater Condos
#63 Beach Entrances - take a left on Front Beach Rd and pass Sterling Breeze Condominiums on the right side and another very small complex. (A 4 min. walk to #63)
#63.5 is an unmarked makeshift local made beach access. Directly across the street from the intersection of Front Beach Rd. It's between the Tidewater and Panama City Resort. (closest)
#64 Beach Entrance - take a right on Front Beach Rd and just past Holiday Inn on the left and across the street from Arby's. (A 6 min. walk to #64)

This condo is in walking distance to many local restaurants that are sure to fill all your needs. Sand Bar Seafood and BBQ Joint, Dusty's Oyster Bar, Muy Wayne-O's TexMex, and Oishi Thai and Sushi just to name a few. Panama City Beach has endless entertainment options for your family besides building those sand castles! Be sure to try shopping at Pier Park, deep sea fishing with Captain Anderson's, or mini golf of all kinds.

Terrific Stay!

We had a great holiday. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. We had everything we needed to cook some meals when we didn't feel like going out to eat. Lots of restaurant choices close by. Less than a 5 minute walk to an incredibly beautiful beach. Due to road construction on Front Beach Road it was a little harder to walk on the street but that will not last forever and not something the property owner can change. With the beach so close just walk the beach instead of the road. Pier Park is an easy 10-15 walk and has alot of food and shopping options. We would definitely return and rent again .

Great Little Condo

We absolutely loved the room. It was very clean, well furnished and beautifully decorated. The bed was also really comfortable. It would have been nice to be able to turn the AC below 70 however, as the room never quite got cool enough for me. The only real downside was the pool and beach access. The pool had no shade at any time of the day and no tables or umbrellas. There was a lot of construction going on in the area at the time of our stay so it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. All in all though we really enjoyed our stay.

Why was there soap for dishwasher and washing machine when there was no dishwasher or laundry? Location was great & view of the lake was nice.

Thank you for booking with us and for giving us five stars for our cleanliness and location. We work hard to ensure our property is cleaned thoroughly between each guest. I hate to hear that you felt the A/C unit was too loud when it cycled on. I really wish you would've given our office a call to notify us about any issue you had. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after hours line for emergencies.

It was clean, updated, had lots of shelves and drawers for storage, and the whole complex was just really appealing. We weren't sure what to expect as we have always stayed in the high-rise condos right on the beach, but this place was awesome. The lake out back had turtles and fish that we fed every day. The other renters in the complex would just hang out together by the lake every afternoon. It was a cool vibe and gave us a great vacation experience!

Much needed vacation

Nice quiet neighborhood within .10 miles of the beach. Walking distance of plenty of restaurants, 2 miles from pier park. Clean, well kept property with a lovely relaxing view. Average of 10mb/s + wifi. Only down side was the smell of cigarette smoke. The management quickly deployed an Ozone machine while we were at lunch. We had no further problems. Overall a great stay

My Relaxiation

I would like to thank you for allowing me to use your condo in Panama City. Everything was perfect. It gave me the opportunity to clear my head of certain issues I have been dealing with. My only suggestion would be to replace the fan in the bathroom. I will be booking again soon
