The property was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, located in a cute, walkable neighborhood with great nearby amenities like a pool, tennis courts, and a gym. It was also very convenient for our trip—we were in town for my son’s baseball tournament, and getting to and from the fields was easy.One thing to note is that compared to other VRBO properties we’ve stayed in, this one was a bit light on supplies. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided, and the kitchen wasn’t stocked with basic essentials like coffee filters or salt and pepper. Not a requirement, of course, but definitely a nice touch—especially when traveling from far away.Overall, the property was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay for a vacation near Orlando

Very clean, quiet, safe neighborhood about a half hour drive from Seaworld/Disney attractions. Some amenities were in short supply (salt, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap) but we managed. The pool was closed for "safety concerns". Owner very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Would recommend and would stay here again.

It was very well stocked and very clean. We were impressed and we treated it just like it was our own home. Location was great. Sometimes traffic was a little congested but that cannot be helped. Close to Walmart and other grocery stores and places to eat.

Would rate this property higher than 5 stars if that option was available. Extremely satisfied with all aspects of the process, communication with the owner, and the overall stay. Will rent again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new townhome that’s extremely clean and organized in a gated community.

Great Family Vacation

Home was exactly as listed. Very happy with our visit. Best home away from home we could have asked for. Very clear communication from hosts and any questions we had were answered promptly. Check-in was a breeze. Pictures didn’t do the home justice. It was bigger than the pictures made it seem. Very comfortably fit our family of 6 with room to spare. Will book again for future Florida vacations.

Ihana asunto / Lovely apartment

Ihana asunto hyvällä sijainnilla. Kaikki oli uutta ja siistiä, tilaa oli todella paljon. Sängyt ja suihkut hyvät. Kaikki toimi niin kuin piti ja voisimme ehdottomasti tulla tänne uudelleen. Club housen uima-altaat ja tenniskenttä yms lähellä asuntoa. Tilaa pysäköidä kaksi autoa. A lovely apartment in a good location. Everything was new and clean, there was a lot of space. Beds and showers are good. Everything worked as it should and we would definitely come here again. Swimming pools and tennis court etc (at club house) near the apartment. Space to park two cars.

Loved the kitchen, the pond out back, the nice touches

The 2-story townhouse is almost new so everything is in excellent condition and works well. The family loved the big-screen smart TVs, the amazing kitchen, and the pond outback. There is a desk in the middle bedroom which was handy when I needed a quiet place to work. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay again.
