We very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts were super responsive to our needs. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spotless. There are two kinds of coffee pots (keurig abd brew) and we left some filters behind for next renters.Thanks for a great stay!

Great quiet place near downtown Franklin

This was a great place for my family. It’s a quiet neighborhood with little roosters crowing every morning. It made my family feel right at home. I appreciated how close it was to the downtown area of Franklin.

Great holiday location

We were so happy to stay at this VRBO because of its convenient location, clean “ home-like” feel and rapid response time for any questions we had. We found the pictures to be true representations of it. We will be returning this spring!

Peace and Quiet!

We were evacuating from Florida to escape Hurricane Milton. This home was a great refuge! We were able to decompress and take in the area! The house was comfortable, has all the amenities you will need for your get away! The owners were very responsive. We enjoyed staying there very much!

Perfect base for our sightseeing trips

This was the perfect property for our stay in the area. The house itself was very nice and the owners responded quickly to any questions we had.My daughter particularly enjoyed the morning serenade of the roosters while having breakfast at the picnic table (FYI couldn’t hear them inside the house). House is in a very quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful Home!

We stayed for a long weekend and this house was perfect for our family of four! The bedrooms were comfortable, we had room to spread out inside and the back patio was perfect! We roasted marshmallows on the fire pit every evening! So close to Franklin while giving a feeling of being off the beaten path. And the neighbor’s garden was an added bonus to the ambience! We will be back!

Lovely home

My husband and I stayed 3 nights while visiting Franklin, TN. We chose the Ranch @ Southall to be close to downtown Franklin but away from the crowds and noise. It was perfect. Just a few miles outside of Franklin in a country setting, it was quiet and comfortable. The house is completely updated and beautiful. It was spotlessly clean. Communication with the owner was great - extremely responsive to any question. It was a great home base for visiting Franklin nd Lieper’s Fork. We plan to return!

Double booked

We booked this property several moths in advance for a music festival in Franklin. Our credit card was charged and we received a confirmation as well as an email stating that we would be sent a door code 24 hours prior to check in. I have never had any issues with VRBO and thought everything was good to go. After driving 9 hours and attempting to check in, we found out that the house was rented to someone else. We had a group without a place to stay- and although we received a refund, we were forced to book over 40 minutes away from our destination and pay twice the amount. I would not recommend this property.

Franklin Livin'

Great property and location. We loved staying here. It's just outside of the city center, and close to Southall and Leipers Fork. It has everything you'll need, and is in great shape.

Comfy & inviting home

Hosts are great and have thought of everything to have in their home to make your stay easy. Communication was great. Love the set up of the home & our kids loved the s’mores! Will definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

Took a long weekend with friends to explore Franklin and nearby Leipers Fork. The house was located right between the two, making it a very short drive to each spot. We had a wonderful stay! We had everything we needed at the house with plenty of EXTRAS. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week stay here in Franklin. The property is in a great location and within a short drive to most things. The owners have done a great job and everything needed was provided. We will be back again!
