It was a perfect place for my family to stay while we were in Franklin celebrating my mom’s 90th birthday. It was close to all the activities. The only thing was there was a lot of cat or dog hair and the A/C was not very cool but overall a wonderful stay.

This was such a great location for a friend trip. We were two couples staying for 4 nights and the amount of space was perfect for us (2 king bedrooms, 2 full baths). There is another bedroom with bunk beds which would be appropriate for children. The space was large, clean, and well-appointed and we enjoyed cooking meals as a group in the spacious and well-stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed all of the board games (plus PacMan!) and sitting by the fire pit all evening. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the hosts checked in via message daily to ensure we had everything we needed. I could not think of a single thing to ask for! Would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Franklin.

Easy check in and out. Hosts went beyond expectations to make a great stay from coffee supply to a welcoming chocolate bar. House has all you need done tastefully and easy walk to downtown Franklin.

If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay in Franklin, Tennessee, look no further. The location of the Blakely Stone cottage is fantastic! Within walking distance to acquaint downtown and all the Civil War history. The hosts are kind and welcoming. If I’m in the area again, I will certainly stay at Blakely‘s Stone cottage

I was really impressed with the communication. There was construction on many of the houses around us but with the open communication the entire time we were not bothered by the little things like some work being done. The host was super welcoming. The area was perfect. The house and backyard were perfect for my family. We stay in Tennessee often And this will be a go to in future stays

Best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The house is adorable and has everything you need. It set up perfectly for our group (four adults and two teenagers). Easy walking to downtown Franklin and easy drive to Nashville. House was extremely quiet. Hosts were perfect to work with. Highly recommend!!!
