Welcome to Your Home Away from Home – A Charming Cottage in Franklin, TN

This delightful ranch-style 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage is nestled in the heart of Franklin with over an acre lot. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, privacy and convenience. Each bedroom features a plush queen bed with black out curtains, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the bathrooms are beautifully appointed—one with a luxurious jetted tub, and the other with a classic cast iron clawfoot tub overlooking the peaceful, tree-lined yard and picturesque bridge over the bubbling creek.

Start your mornings on the spacious back deck with a cup of coffee in hand, soaking in the tranquility of the park-like setting. Inside, you'll find a cozy living space ideal for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, fast WiFi to keep you connected, and a washer and dryer to make longer stays easy and comfortable.

Whether you're here to relax, recharge, or explore the charm and history of downtown Franklin, or city life of Nashville, this welcoming cottage has everything you need for a truly memorable stay. As we our guests to be aware we are experiencing some growing pains in our city and our road is having some construction done on the west side. The hours of operation m-f 7-3pm. Very attentive hostess. The yard with a deck and fire pit and wildlife was so peaceful!! The house had everything we needed and it was centrally located.

First and foremost, the host is a great communicator. I made multiple changes to the reservation, lost a key and must have texted her a dozen times and she didn't even blink. Truly appreciated. The space was perfect for my 2 week stay, 2 bed, bath! Out of the owners control, it is on a very busy street that is having MAJOR construction-a sign that says "basting zone . Lots of road noise. While it is an older home, it does have everything you need.

Location was perfect for being close to Franklin, Downtown Nashville and the airport! Lots to do and see in the surrounding area!Easy check in and out, would come back and stay for location alone. The construction across the street may become an issue for quietness in the future, but we were out and about early each day so didnt bother us too much. Kellie always answered any questions or concerns promtly.

I was in Tennessee and at this property for 9 nights to have surgery and to do part of my recovery. The house was roomy and accommodations were comfortable. The construction and road noise were a little much for me since I was there to rest and relax after having surgery. Getting in and out of the driveway was a little tricky at times due to the traffic but we managed. If it weren’t for the construction happening right across the road at the time we were there, I feel it would have been much quieter and maybe not so tough getting in and out. We tried washing towels in the middle of our stay and had an issue with the washer but the host quickly provided a solution and we had clean towels the same day. Overall it was a good place in a good location and was well stocked. On arriving, we did notice a pretty bad musty smell but there had been a lot of rain recently and they had dehumidifiers going to try and help with the smell/wetness. The host was very diligent with communications and very quick to resolve the issue with the washer.

We understand that the nearby road construction can sometimes be an inconvenience, especially given your need for rest and recovery. While the construction is outside of our control, we appreciate your understanding as our city continues to grow and road improvements are taking place throughout Franklin. I am sorry to hear you noticed a musty smell upon arrival. As you mentioned, we have dehumidifiers running due to the unusually rainy weather, and we also provide air purifier to help improve indoor air quality and comfort during our guests stay.
