Magnificent property on the golf course. Comes fully furnished, turn key. Lots of open space. Large living room with a fireplace for those cozy romantic nights. The modern kitchen is surrounded with the granite counter tops. This property comes with a 4 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms) house. Main master bedroom has its own private patio. Living room leads to the large patio with an amazing view on the golf course. Patio has a nice seating area and a barbecue grill for entertainment. This is a great community with many amenities and a beautiful public golf course. The association also has multiple pool areas, tennis courts, Restaurant Gym and much more... Great place to relax and enjoy your vacation or extended stay, as well as a place to entertain your family and friends. Bring your golf clubs, positive attitude and you will have a blast at this place. Won't Last

Host canceled on us night before we arrived

The host gave us a bogus reason for canceling on us at 11:30pm the night before we flew in. She clearly just found people willing to pay a lot more than us. Do not book this property.

Golf course home

Comfortable home but should be maintained better. The neighborhood was busy to get into it seemed we were having to wait as there was only one entry gate. The kitchen was well equipped but the dishwasher sucked and couldn’t use garage as there wasn’t an opener. The beds and showers were excellent and lots of patio furniture around the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

What a gem!!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a long weekend and it was one of the best stays we have had in a VRBO property! The house is exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for all of us, and the pool was EXCEPTIONAL! The back yard has a fantastic southwestern exposure so you have sun for a majority of the day back there. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the BBQ grill was the cleanest (I'd even say PRISTINE!) I have ever seen in a rental home! The owner clearly takes a lot of care to make sure the home stays in wonderful condition for their guests. Communication with the owner - both before and during our stay - was quick and easy. She was always available when we needed her. She was gracious and generous whenever we asked for anything or had a question. Thank you so much, and we will DEFINITELY be back again and again!!

Great for a weekend away

The house was just what we needed for our weekend away in Indio. Susana was a great host as she was very responsive both during the pre-booking questions I had through to our stay over the weekend.

Fun in the Sun

The backyard had comfortable seating and allowed us to enjoy nice views and lots of sun, which we needed for a cooler than normal Feb.(an outside heater would have been a nice addition) The house was very nice inside with a well stocked kitchen. Overall a great stay!

Exterior Issues

From looking at the pictures, you can not see the rest of the house. I am sure when the pictures were taken the backyard area was great. Booking no problem. Added a day prior to arrival and was given a discount. Check in instructions were not received, I needed to email the owner - she responded to my personal email address which is not suppose to happen per VRBO, but I was fine with it. Upon Arrival the computer was down and their were roughly 120 cars in front of us. It took over 45 minutes to enter the property. Interior was clean and well stocked. Back yard - There was broken glass on the concrete right in front of the sliding door to the back yard. Two Sun shades were broken around the house and hanging down over the chairs it looked as if both could fall at anytime. These had aluminum frames that would have injured anyone sitting below them. The side of the house and pool and debris from all over the place. The side gate was broken and the post was on the floor. There were 4 plus broken screens scattered on the floor of the exterior. The fire pit had bricks and debris inside it. I don't think it was ever used. The gas Grill was no working. There were 3 empty propane bottles around the grill. There was trash such as empty cups and bottles by the pool area. Standing exterior ashtray filled with trash and cigarette butts. We left a day earlier than expected. I emailed and sent pictures to the owner and never received a response, which was surprising, no apology of any kind. Interior was great.

Christmas Holiday

We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays. We had our family with us and we all enjoyed the space, pool, and golfing. Owner was very responsive.

Great stay!

Really enjoyed my stay at Susana's property. It was very close to Coachella (5 min walk to entrance from the community). There was a lot of space and a beautiful/updated kitchen!

Perfect festival oasis

Our group has been staying in this neighborhood for over ten years and this was, by far, the best experience. Ample private sleeping spaces, large community spaces, and plenty of bathrooms for a group trying to get ready all at the same time. The kitchen is very well equipped, large fridge, excellent gas stove, and even a purified water spigot on the sink. The pool is even more impressive in person and the spa was a great relief after long festival days on our feet. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Even the neighbors were friendly and stopped by to chat. All in all an excellent stay.

Special and well appointed home

We had a nice week of Indian Wells tennis, Joshua Tree, and fun restaurants. Four bedroom home with high end consumables.
