Our stay was wonderful. The only thing I might suggest is that the screen doors to the patio be re-screened both had holes in them and so we did not leave the screen doors open expecialy in the evening but would like to have been able to. We would difinitelyy stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The place was very nice, newly updated and included everything you need to cook, have your coffee or have a drink to relax at night. The location is right on the beach with a great view. We will definitely return. The owner even messaged us that the cleaners were done and we could check in early. It was literally the perfect stay.

joyfull reunion

Spending quality time with adult grandkids in such a perfect setting was more than I had hoped for. Falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to glorious sunrise was icing on the cake. Beautiful location.

Great condo with spectacular view

What a great condo with the perfect ocean view! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. I appreciated the bathroom toiletries that were provided, such a nice bonus. The kitchen is very well stocked to meet all of your needs.

This is a really nice condo in a great area. The whole place was really quiet. Beach access is convenient. Great view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

My family of four really enjoyed our visit. The 3 bedroom condominium was pretty much as described. It's in a good location and beachfront. The place could stand to be updated/refurbished. It was clean and generally pleasant in appearance. Would likely stay here again. The kids (19 and 22) preferred the pavilion area of Wild Dunes a little better.

The unit was spacious and well stocked. Accurate description and photos. Parking was ample but the lots hard to get in and out of due to construction. Screen to slider in family room has separated from frame.

1. Ocean view was spectacular from both master and guest bedroom 2. Amenities provided are very good especially cooking vessels / blender . All were in good condition

Beachfront Isle of Palms condo

We had a fabulous time staying at the Summer House condo at Wild Dunes/Isle of Palms. The condo is spacious & had everything we needed. We had a great view of the ocean, and we were right on the beach. The pool is also very nice. The Wild Dunes resort as a whole is super. It has great restaurants & my kids enjoyed the bikes we rented. Communication with Deserving Vacations was great. They always responded right away. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked another stay next month.

Great location and well maintained grounds with pool. Access to Beach convenient. The condo itself had some odd electrical wiring which took some time to become familiar with working. The dryer was not effective in drying clothes. No fans in any of the rooms. However these were minor inconveniences. The kitchen is large and easy to use. We would stay here again for the overall package

My Family of 7 Loved Vacationing Here

This condo nicely accommodated 4 adults, 1 teen, and 2 tweens. It is a quiet building and unit. The kitchen is well-equipped. There are plenty of towels and blankets. The unobstructed view of sand dunes and the ocean was mesmerizing. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. (A few shortcomings -- the fan in the bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with the queen size bed did not work -- the oven temperature might need to be checked and adjusted -- the items we washed sometimes had a bit of a sour smell -- the chain on the front door is damaged -- visitors had a little trouble entering the compound because we did not know the property owner's name). Communication with the Property Manager was excellent. We would DEFINITELY enjoy staying here again.

Great October getaway to Wild Dunes

We’ve been to Wild Dunes many times but this was our first time at Summer House. The condo’s location was perfect, the private, low traffic beach access was outstanding. The condo itself was great, perfectly described in the listing and had all of the necessary kitchen, bathroom and entertainment needs. The communication was top notch. The condo could use some light TLC - towel racks falling off the wall and a screwdriver to fix the glass shower door coming off of the rail. The condo did list some construction during our time, hence the lower price however it was certainly an issue. The pool was unusable due to the noise and demolition dust. But, the beach was just a few steps away. All and all, our family of six would love to return to this condo in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Enjoyed very much

Very nice condo and location. Condo furnished very comfortable and attractive but the rugs in the living room and on the balcony need to be replaced as they are stained.

Amazing!

Property was everything it said it was, the view was beautiful, the beach wasn't crowded, Wild Dunes dining was delicious every meal! My daughter was in a wheel chair. The condo was spacious enourgh for her to manuver and we were right across from the elevator which made everything easier. We can't wait to come back!
