Only two blocks from the beach! This unit offers two separate and private queen suites with private tiled full baths with a completely stocked kitchen. This perfectly peaceful space is a desirable ground, corner unit in the serene Amelia Landings community, tucked away perfectly in the heart of Amelia Island. Open floor plan offers split bedrooms, newer wood look flooring, updated bathrooms, sizable kitchen, and a massive screened porch for you to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the private woods. Private entry to screen porch from the master suite is an added bonus!

The sought after Amelia Landings community offers a private pool and tennis courts. Location on the island is prime, cross the street to access the greenway for cycling, walking and bird watching. This upscale villa offers everything you could want for a perfect beach vacation!

Amelia Island is rated one of the top 5 islands in the US. It is a magical place, with history, charming architecture and that small town beach feel of yesterday. Huge natural sand dunes, green water and white powdery shores beckon you. You will not run out of fun and interesting things to do here and it is family friendly, low stress and has a laid-back beach vibe.

My home is truly a peaceful experience. You can eat-in, or enjoy the many fine restaurants nearby. Listen to the sound of the ocean late at night, as it crashes against the shore. Life doesn't get any better than this, my friend! Put your feet up, and enjoy your stay. Come down and enjoy my beach home when I cannot – everything is already here waiting for you!

This is my home away from home, I am not a professional host. I personally stay in this unit several times a year as I love the area and have been going to Fernandina Beach for years. I want everyone to enjoy their time here as much as I do, please try to care for it as if it was your own.

Unit very clean and within 2 minute drive of “on the beach” parking. Owner/Host very easy to communicate with. Complex was quiet and far enough off road and in trees to hear no highway noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property. Clean, had almost everything we needed! Many utensils, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Beds comfortable, the view was fantastic and getting to the beach was close/easy. But, parking was tight, pool wasn't clean, furniture on the balcony felt like it was going to collapse, we needed to bring our own beach chairs and towels-- nothing critical though. We did love it, though, the pool, chairs and parking we could easily deal with! We would want to stay here again!!

4th of July getaway with neighbors

Four couples from our neighborhood rented condos in Amelia Landing. One had been there before and recommended we all come. We had a great time with the common pool area and meals in each condo. We plan to make this an annual trip.

Super close to the beach

We had a wonderful time at this two bedroom apartment that was very close to the beach. We also enjoyed the swimming pool that is located a few yards away. The place was clean and quiet. The kitchen had plenty of pots and dishes and small appliances.

Great stay

We love Amelia island. We’ve come twice a year since our first trip. This location has spoiled us to all others we visit. Nothing compares to the small town feel we love so much. And added bonus this is on the first floor. We love fishing and playing pickleball. Will book this room again next trip.

Our Home Away From Home

We just love this place. We have stayed there 3 times for 2 months at a time. It is a first floor unit and at 78 and 79 we love that.It is very comfortable and the lanai area is wonderful. You feel like you are sitting in the jungle. Very peaceful!With a TV in every room it makes it so easy to enjoy whatever your favorite shows are.We do a lot of cooking in, but also enjoy the local restaurants that are within walking distance. The kitchen is complete with everything you need.All in all it is really a great place. We hope to make this our winter home for as long as we can.

What a great experience we've had with this condo and the owner that was so professional and kind!! This lovely condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, including the beach chairs, toys, books etc. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We loved this place -- close enough to walk to the beach if you don't mind walking. The property is beautiful - I love the mossy trees. Condo is perfect -- great back porch. It is awesome that beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, and toys) are provided. Less things to pack/buy!

Incredible experience

Clean, quiet, stay; we felt like we were staying in a woods on the screen porch. The unit is beautifully stocked with anything you might need to prepare meals. Pool is near by, close enough to the ocean and life guarded beach. Much attention has been paid to detail. We had no need to contact owners; wifi access was printed in several places, directions were clear in terms of expectations. Loved our stay here, will be back!

Restful stay on Amelia Island

We loved the property, furnishings and care that the host gave us. The pool was initially a problem for us because the property management decided to make repairs during our stay but this was delayed until after we left so we were able to use the beautiful pool. Our host was supportive in addressing our concerns and we had a lovely stay. Would recommend this location to everyone!
