The upper level has an open floor plan with an inviting main living space including a gas fireplace, fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and 4 stools, and a dining table with 6 chairs. There is a den off the main living area with seating and a 65” Smart TV. The lower level holds the fourth bedroom with 4 twin beds, and a spacious recreation area with a pool table and sitting area with 65” Smart TV.

The Wilmington Town Beach on Lake Everest (Ausable River) is a very short walking distance from your front door with easy access to a playground, swimming, kayaking, fishing, a pavilion, and outdoor summer concerts in the park! Whiteface Mountain is at your doorstep, less than 3 miles down the road for a fun-filled day on the slopes! In the summertime, enjoy a drive up Whiteface Memorial Highway or a ride up the gondola. The quaint village of Lake Placid is just a 15 minute drive away, offering Olympic venues, restaurants, shopping and Mirror Lake!
