Fully remodeled in June 2023, unit 218 is bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided. Parking is on property and free.

After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.

9/10. Perfect location by beach and Tamura's. Well appointed renovated condo with attention to detail. Well appointed marble countertops, clean hardwood floors, and flexible French style shower.Only gap to perfect 10/10 rating is a loud bedroom AC unit that had a low frequency hum when run at night. Living room AC felt a bit metered when left on Saturday evening to try avoiding the noise of bedroom AC

Overall our stay was great! Very cute place with amazing views. The only things I’d say after 11 nights is the pillows aren’t great, very thin and the extra ones are small (not king size). And as a light sleeper, some piece of fabric or blind would have been great on the bedroom door window as the light from the street at night is constant. In suite laundry was super convenient, as well as all the kitchen and beach amenities. Would love to return one day!

This was one of the best rentals that we have ever stayed in. Light, fresh scent throughout. They thought of absolutely everything. So clean, spectacular view, great bed, wonderful AC, great location - so close to everything but not in the middle of the crowds and noise. Would absolutely stay again with no hesitation and would highly recommend to others.

The place was BEAUTIFUL! It was clean as a whistle! Perfect central location! The beach being STEPS away was absolutely amazing! We went multiple times a day sometimes for only 10 minutes and it was so nice to not have to load a car up every time. The beach was perfect as well! You can walk out so far into the water at waist height. The host was quick to respond to any message and was very accommodating. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Maui

We really enjoyed the balcony and walking the beach right outside the condo. The location was also great near grocery stores and restaurants.

The perfect stay!!

Me and my husband are headed to Maui for my birthday trip and this property was absolutely perfect! Completely renovated and clean with absolutely stunning views! The property had everything you can need, including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and snorkeling equipment. Do yourself a favor and book this property to watch the stunning sunsets right from your lanai!

Outstanding condo. The views are unbeatable. We watched sunset every day from the balcony. The property is kept immaculately clean. The beach is only a few steps away. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. There are grocery stores and great restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Both air conditioning units worked flawlessly, but you don’t really need them because there’s nothing like the Hawaiian Breeze to keep you cool. Joe the host knows how to take care of his guests. Everything and more is provided at this stay - not only is the condo in a great location with amazing sunset views on the lanai, it is furnished with beach chairs and umbrellas, coffee, snacks, and even bathroom amenities. The condo has A/C, a comfortable bed, and is literally a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach access. Staying in Kihei is great because you have access to many restaurants, bars/shops and the city is centrally located on the island, making easy travel to the airport, Paia, Road to Hana, Big Beach, and Haleakalā summit. We could not have asked for anything better!
