The newly finished Community Pool is right across the street to stay cool during your stay and Hot Tub to relax at night. Pool is heated to 85 degrees making this the perfect spot for a winter or spring getaway!

This home boasts a gorgeous kitchen with spacious dining table and extra seating at the kitchen island. The covered back porch is perfect for grilling with nice outdoor furniture to relax on out of the sun, including a grill with direct connection to natural gas. Large master suite on the main level with soaking tub and walk in closet, upstairs has 3 additional bedrooms plus a 5th bedroom that is set up as a bunk room with a Queen and 6 twin beds!

This home is centrally located, very close to popular hike trails like `Hell Hole Trail" and the Red Cliffs Reserve as well as minutes to Sand Hollow and Quail Creek lakes. There is a great park less than 1/2 mile away with long slides, an obstacle course, and red rocks to climb on.

There is extra parking within the community for RV's, toy haulers, or extra cars.

Upper Level

Bed Room 2 - Includes a Queen bed, sleeps 2

Bed Room 3 - Has a set of Bunk beds and a queen bed, sleeps 3-4

Bed Room 4 - Includes a Queen bed, sleeps 2

Bunk Room (5) - Features a Queen bed and 2 triple bunks! sleeps 8
