The place was amazing. My first VRBO experience in Alabama made me Leary to ever use the sight again . This place renewed my faith. This place was everything it advertised. I will definitely book this place again if available.

This place was amazing and very spacious for our family. We loved the 3 full bathrooms too. The host was excellent at communication with us. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Overall it was a great rental! Looked just like the pictures and felt very comfy. Good location. I will say there were a few small things that could use some work. Deck with a bit sorry and the hose was broken, and the road noise was at times a bit annoying but those things were exceedingly minor. Overall it’s definitely worth a stay!

Clean & Cozy townhome!

Great location right off the freeway! Clean & cozy. Loved the hot tub & firepit. One of the full bathrooms is on the main floor while all bedrooms are upstairs (a bit odd but doable). Easy access & comfy spot!

St. george getaway after 3 days of camping at Arches

Great space for a family of 4 to relax and unwind after a few days camping. Hot tub was a nice bonus!

Great place to stay

My husband and I stayed here in late March while visiting family in the area. We have stayed in VRBO all over the US and overseas and this was a great place. The house was very clean and since we cook wherever we stay it was nice to have plenty of pots and pans available. We did not use the patio in the back but it was very nice to have the upstairs living area to watch TV and relax at night. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area

St. George Visit

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Had every amenity needed for our group and it was close to several attractions. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay at this location again.

We had a fun time the place was clean but the couch in the main room by the kitchen was very dirty. Not sure if people spilled things all over it but we placed a blanket down to sit on it, Also one of the bedroom mattress needs more support because there is no box springs and the head of the mattress dips down a few inches. The carpet and bathrooms were clean and we loved the hot tub. There must have been a heat regulator on it because it said it was 104 but really it felt like a hot bat tub. over all we had a fun thanksgiving get away

Modern Villa Luxury in southern Utah!

The location (and the hot tub) were the key factors for our selection! This modern decorated villa style condo has ALL of your needs for a relaxing place to rest after trekking through the hills and mountains nearby. Amenities like shopping, grocery, liquor stores, and restaurants are all a short drive from the home. We also selected this home, being 30mins to 2.5hrs away from attractions like Gunlock, Snow Canyon, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. The local restaurants in Washington City were excellent for a quick dinner option after a long day out trekking!. A short drive into St. George will give you excellent upscale dining options as well as some of the best Mexican grill choices! The outdoor BBQ was another bonus, with the fire pit creating the best little oasis while sitting in the hot tub and gazing up at the stars!

We didn't spend tons of time at the house, but it was close to all of the places we needed to go. The hot tub was amazing. Yup even in August!

Great Location

Very nice stay. Location was perfect for cheering on athletes competing in the 1/2 Ironman. The property was very clean and comfortable.

Clean interior!

Nice rental for our Southern Utah hiking vacation. Unit was clean and as described. Only feedback is they could use more dishes. Patio is very small and hot tub could use some attention
I took time to pull weeds from the rock bed on the patio when we arrived, as the exterior seemed to lack attention and the 10 min it took to clean up the rock bed made the patio seem much nicer.

Clean House and Great Central Location

Very easy to find and close to nearby shops and restaurants. House was very clean and hot tub was a nice way to relax after hiking. Close to several restaurants and grocery stores making it a convenient spot to stay.

The only problem we had was the batteries in the thermostat and one smoke alarm decided to give up. Both were taken care of quickly.

Great place, close to all activities, great hot tub!

We had a great time on our golf trip. Centrally located and near restaurants, courses, etc. quiet neighborhood and place was as presented. Owner was always responsive. Easy in and easy out. Couch in living room had some stains but was otherwise ok. Thanks!
