Luau 6209 has been completely renovated and is very relaxing with the grey and white decor! The living room has plenty of seating with two couches, one of which pulls out to a sleeper sofa. There is also a bonus half bath off the living room! The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed and flat screen TV. This end unit has a HUGE wrap around balcony with plenty of outside seating to relax after a long day at the beach!


You will be provided with some of the most desirable amenities while you are here:
- Beach chairs and umbrella in the property
- Complementary tram service to Baytowne Wharf
- No check-in necessary: keyless entry (Check in at 4pm, Check out at 10am)
- Our dedicated and hard working housekeeping teams are some of the best along the Emerald Coast

You and your guests will fall in love with Luau the minute you lay eyes on the resort. Located in the Sandestin Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida, you are a short hop, skip, and a jump away from the beach access. Our white, pristine beaches will instantly make you feel at ease, and may even persuade you to never go back home! The saltwater pool will amaze you with waterfalls, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a kiddie pool. Burn off some stress in the pool-side fitness center on the ground floor. Community grills are located by the southeast corner of the building for your use after a long day at the beach. Luau also has a unique feature you’ll have to check out: a star observation deck on the roof! Take a relaxing stroll or exploratory bike ride throughout the paved sidewalks of the resort. Join in on the fun and stay with us at the Luau during your next Destin vacation!

Beautiful condo and resort
Gorgeous condo and resort! This condo was spotlessly cleaned, beautifully decorated and we loved the location! Only negative was porch looked out over parking lot but still a lovely porch! This resort is hands down a 5 star but we were disappointed that the pool located in the Luau didn't have it's heater on when we arrived. It was turned on about a week into our stay. I would assume it would have been on all through the winter months. Hands down would stay here again! We loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful. It had everything we possibly would have needed. The bed was not very comfortable for us, at all. It’s a stiffer mattress than we were used to. Other than that, we had zero issues. Love the location of the Luau. The pool area is gorgeous, staff is friendly, and the area is perfect. You don’t have to go far at all for anything!
