This spectacular two-bedroom condo is nestled in the Catalina Foothills with all of the modern amenities one could wish for including; a fitness center, outdoor recreation areas (with BBQ facilities) and a heated swimming pool & spa. There is one reserved covered parking spot and plenty of free spots available for your stay as well. The condo and its location are the perfect place for those looking to enjoy Tucson for both work & play. We have special negotiated green fee rates at the two 18-hole championship courses at Loews Ventana resort, located just down the street.

Recently remodeled with modern appliances, furnishings and fittings, you are sure to have a memorable stay in one of the most beautiful locations in the Desert Southwest!

This i a very nice condo, just as advertised. It was clean, quiet, and everything works. The hot tub is a few minutes walk away, but there's plenty of parking if you don't feel like walking. The host was very responsive. Check in and out were simple.

Nice Condo

The condo was clean, well equipped, and well maintained. Great location with easy access to Sabino Canyon. The Greens has a nice workout facility. The host was very easy to work with and overall the condo is a great value.

Great location

If you enjoy hiking and or golfing this is your place! So many trailheads close to the condo and some amazing golf. The grill and a pool are just outside the condo which was also super convenient. The kitchen had some spices and enough to cook on site when we wanted to. It was very clean and as pictures showed. I would highly recommend !

Worked great for graduation

We were in Tucson for our son's graduation from U of A and this rental worked out well. Comfortable and well furnished, community pool and near a variety of restaurants. We especially enjoyed the peacefulness of the back patio where you could watch the birds and bunnies. Even saw a road runner that had caught a lizard. Once we figured out where the designated parking spot was, everything was easy.

Lovely downstairs unit

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. Everything was done in good taste. Dishes and kitchen items were plentiful and of good quality. This was our 4th stay at "the Greens", would rent this condo again. Phillip was easy to work with.

Excellent and restful stay

This condo was so comfortable for myself, my husband, and my in-laws. In fact, my in-laws couldn’t stop talking about how great the place was! With bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the condo, (plus multiple tvs) we had a lot of privacy. The outdoor area is very nice. Plenty of towels and quality cooking supplies, enough for my mother in law to cook several meals. Checking in and out was a snap. Thank you!!!!!

Very nice condo rental

We enjoyed this condo very much. We had stayed in this complex last year and found this condo in much better condition. It was very clean, well appointed, large easily accessible on the first floor. The other amenities are great too, such as the pool and workout room. Parking is fine. Philip was great! He checked in on us early on to make sure all went well and responded quickly if we had a question about golf. I would like to stay here again next year!

Very happy with this choice

This condo was exactly as described, I was very happy with it. The condo community is very nice. I wasn’t there much because I was in town for a baseball tournament at Kino, but the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken for the duration of my stay but that seems to happen often at hotels, too. Easy access to the Eastside Saguaro National Park and Sabino Canyon. It is a pretty good drive from Kino as Tucson is a very spread out city but it worked for me. Fitness room had a good variety of equipment. Nice walking paths.

Nice Time

Condo was clean and kitchen well appointed. However if you need to bring a computer make sure you have a very large battery because all the outlets are so worn that you electrical plug falls out. Showers ok but you cannot have a hot shower due to only warm water we have been in The Greems and Ventans canyon 4 previous times this unti was disappointing due to the outlets and Luke warm shower water.

Beautiful condo and location

This condo and location will not disappoint. Extremely well maintained. Fully stocked with everything you need, kitchen supplies, laundry, smart TVs etc. The bedding was like sleeping in a cloud. Very quiet and peaceful location. Pool is within steps away. The owner was extremely helpful and informative. Check in and check out was a simple process. I 800% will book this location again next visit.
