Casita with one shared side wall and no unit above. Two bedroom, one king and one queen, two bath with queen sleeper sofa sleeps six. Lighted four steps down with handrail from parking to a level unit. All new furniture, Serta iComforteco mattresses, bedding, kitchen ware, bathroom towels, TV, etc... Everything is brand new. In unit washer and dryer. Air conditioning, electric fireplace. WIFI with 300 mbs can be upgraded to 500 or 1000 for an additional fee. Enclosed patio with table and four chairs with a beautiful view of the Catalina Mountains. Carport is right next to the unit and lighted. Plus one additional uncovered parking space. Loews Ventana Canyon Resort 1 mile away. Hiking and biking in nearby Ventana and Sabino Canyons. Shopping and restaurants 1/2 mile away. Access to community pools, hot tubs, bbq grill and exercise facilities within development. Far removed from the main road this unit very quiet. Grounds have beautiful and very well maintained landscaping.

The home was beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. We felt completely at home. The complex and pool were lovely. The area was very quiet and convenient to all Tucson has to offer. Sitting on the patio each evening, enjoying the gorgeous view drinking Margaritas out of the beautiful Margarita glasses was the perfect end to each day. Steve was an amazing host. He was always available to answer any questions and was a joy to work with. Our month stay was wonderful and we hope to return to this beautiful home in the future.

Everything in this condo stands out in the most wonderful way. I spent the month of January there. Wonderfully decorated including great art work and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms countertops are all granite and it makes a difference. The layout of the place is wonderful with the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room. My sister, who stayed with me for a few days was trying to find the name brand of the bedding because she wanted to order it for her own home. The patio that looks out to the mountains is where I spent a considerable amount of time. While sitting there I saw a bob car, hummingbirds, javalinas, lizards and coyoteys—all just waking by. I had a few questions for the host Steve and he always answered within a few minutes of my text. The place is also very well stocked and it is the kind of kitchen ware you would find in your own home. I am already trying to rebook for next year. It is also 5 minutes from Sabino Canyon, a place I hiked every day. Thanks so much Steve.

Nicely decorated, clean, convenient for us. Our only concern was the oversized wooden frame on the king bed. It was somewhat difficult to get in and out of.

Steve was fabulous to work with--responsive and accommodating. Customer service is his priority. Location allowed us to visit all the sites in Tucson and surrounding area! Would definitely recommend staying in the condo!

Amazing Place

We visited Tucson to find an apartment for our son. This place was great for us and our adult children. Host was very responsive and helpful! Home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to restaurants and food. Beautiful area with amazing views of the mountains! Will return!

The property was great. It was very clean and the layout was beautiful. The property owner was excellent even with the problems I ran in with Expedia and VBRO in booking for adding an extra day to my stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone that needs to stay in this area.

Wonderful!

We stayed here for two weeks in March/April. We invited a friend to stay with us for a week, so we booked this two bedroom unit. Great location for us hikers, very well appointed with updayed amenities, even a bbq grill (electric!). Very comfortable. Owner communication was outstanding. Highly recommend this unit or maybe not...want it for us again. :) Thanks Steve for a great place in the Catalina Foothills!

Great Desert Condi

Beautiful condo in the Catalina foothills desert area in Tucson. We had a great stay and the condo is nicely done with a great setup for a couple or a family like ours. Owner was very responsive and the condo was clean and very pleasant. Loved eating breakfast on the back patio looking at the desert canyon.

Nice place, no live TV

Everything was great. However we did watch lots of movies. There was only streaming available with no subscriptions), so we were unable to watch our favorite TV shows or any NFL or NBA games.

Perfect Tucson Stay!

This 2 BR/2BA condo was ideal for our stay; it was in a safe, scenic location super close to Sabino Canyon. It had a (high end) grocery store and restaurants walking distance/ close by. We wanted to book again in a couple of months potentially, but it was fully booked until next year. If you will be in this area and can snag this condo, you really should do it! The owner who we interacted with, Steve, was great to work with and it was clear that he showed that he cared about his renters by his choices of what to include in his place. We have stayed in a lot of rentals around the world and this place is top- notch!
