This a beautiful 42ft Camper that is fully furnished with great amenities in the park such as a pool, playground, game room, pavilion area, wash house, laundromat & much more.
What more can you think of?
Our camper also comes with all the dishes you will need on your vacation, also has a full size bbq gas grill for grilling out with your family. Must keep 6ft away from camper when using.
I have provided linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware, silverware, glasses, a coffee maker, picnic table, a plastic folding table, 4 foldable outdoor camping chairs, a fire pit for outside.
At our camp site there is enough room to park your boat and a golf cart next to camper.
You are allowed to ride side by sides in park as well if you have one there in a speed limit and age limit to ride.

42ft Fuzion Toy Hauler
When you walk in you will walk into the living area with kitchen. When you go to the right up the stairs you will find your bathroom and your master bedroom with a slide out wardrobe closet.
Above the kitchen you will find a latter that will take you up to a loft with a twin size mattress.
When you enter the back of the Rv you will enter a room/garage area that has a queen size bed on top and then underneath is a futon/bed also a half bathroom in the back as well!
Outside there is a side Patio that has a tv.

Relaxing and fun!
This was our first experience staying in a toy hauler, and with our children, and we can say the bar was set high! The owners were very accommodating and communicative. Even when the power went out repeatedly, they were quick to assist with getting the generator up and running. Great location, perfect for golf carting around and awesome accommodations!

Amazing spot in the camp ground! Plenty of room to set up a bat mitten and play with the kids!! My time here was amazing and couldn’t ask for a better camper!!

Great location and very nice neighborhood.
Most everything was as advertised. My granddaughter loved the place and made friends to play with during our stay. The whole campground felt very safe and clean. Camper was roomy and had all of the conveniences of home. Only issue really was no hot water in the shower even after 20 minutes of letting it run as directed. There was a bathhouse and bathroom in close proximity. We would recommend this place and stay here again.

I loved the unit and the location. Very well stocked. Only issue I had was learning how to operate the thermostat and then the main control panel for all the lights is a little hard for a newbie to figure out. We would definetly return if you will have us. Thank you

We are the Shinabarker family!
Camping, fishing, boating is all the things we love todo. We have listed our camper on different rental sites to hopefully let people enjoy it has much as we do. Since we are not able to take our camper with us everywhere we go we have signed a year contract in Homosassa River Rv Resort. We absolutely love it here and hope you end up loving it like we do!

Homosassa Springs, We have completely fell in love with this area. This little town is very laid back and relaxing. Wether you are running away to relax or wanting to bring your family to have a good time this is the place to be. Minutes to the water for a nice boat day in the springs or bar hopping by boat. Homosassa River Rv Resort also has plenty of amenities if you don’t want to go far and stay in the park. You can enjoy hanging out at the pool, or fishing in the pond, riding bicycles around the park. If you have little ones there is a playground for them to enjoy also. Pool tables, arcade games and a library is also located at the clubhouse.
