Newley remodeled two bedroom, one bath, pet friendly stand alone house downtown TC! Large, fenced in backyard with porch and patio with fire pit, grill and all the essentials to host a beautiful backyard gathering.

Fully furnished, two blocks to the beach, a short walk to downtown, grocery stores, bars and restaurants.

Both bedrooms have their own TV’s fitted with queen beds.

If traveling with littles, let us know! We can provide pack and play, kids toys, beach accessories and more. If you’re coming with friends, also let us know and we’d be happy to provide bikes or kayaks!

Also available - PONTOON RENTAL!! Please inquire as soon as you can to make sure we can reserve it for you as summer bookings for boats fill up fast.

Traverse City

Really convenient location for exploring downtown and old mission peninsula! The house had plenty of space and we loved the fenced yard for our pup. We had some hiccups with the house, but the property manager was responsive and all issues were resolved very quickly. For the nightly rate being as high as it was, there were some things that weren't as described in the listing that were disappointing. Patio furniture was not at all the same and was very dirty/not really something we wanted to sit on, and there were some quirks with plumbing and bathroom vents despite being listed as recently updated.

We loved our stay at the house. It was exactly as shown in the pictures and described. Wonderful thoughtful touches, like dog bowls for our little dog we brought. Great location as well!

Great location for traveling with a dog

The fenced yard was a real plus for us. Our dog loved it. The house was very comfortable and a good neighborhood.

Clean, cute rental with great yard for dog!

Super cute, clean house; great size for small families. Walking distance to beach, coffee, ice cream and more. Spacious yard for the dog, nice deck. Convenient to wineries, Interlochen, and Lake Michigan beaches. Kelsey was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay again!
