Arrecife 46 (Punta Cana Resort and Club)

Welcome to this beautiful villa in the upscale neighborhood of Arrecife in the Punta Cana Resort and Club. The home has undergone construction and a total renovation (December 2022) including all bedrooms, living room, TV/family room, pool and all terraces.

This large 5-bedroom villa is located on the 13th hole of the incredible P.B. Dye golf course named La Cana. The 5 bedrooms are on ground floor with access to either courtyard or pool side terrace. They are beautifully decorated in a contemporary modern style. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with own private bathrooms, closest, Wi-Fi and with either a 55” to 70” Smart TV.

The villa has a Sonos music entertainment system that can be controlled in all the areas, living room, courtyard, pool area and the entertainment room (bedroom #5) which has a 70” smart TV and a Sonos sound bar system.

From the terrace or the covered gazebo, you can enjoy the views overlooking the lake with the signature 12th hole island green and of course the flying pelicans whom have their homes around this lake. The terraces and gazebo have seating for 10 people. The gazebo is a popular place to enjoy one’s meals. Of course, there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a large Napoleon barbecue that can fill the empty stomachs after a day on the beach or playing golf.

The pool and the surrounding terrace offer five sun beds that can be chosen for relaxing sun tanning or shade reading during the day with a cold refreshment. The pool is designed so one is able to swim 15m/16yd laps or just to cool down the body after an active day in the sun.

A full-time maid is available all day to attend to your needs, clean the house and prepare your bedrooms. You are on holidays and should not worry about anything.

You are just minutes away from the beach and clubhouse of the La Cana golf course (27 holes). Here you find a restaurant, a bar, and a large pool next to the ocean that both serviced and the famous Six Senses Spa are just some of the features offered together with 4 more restaurants so you have lots to choose from within the Resort.

Visit the ecological sites in the resort, play exciting golf or tennis, lounge at the pool or at one of the many beaches, enjoy the many water sports activities offered and the great food from the recognized chefs or stroll on the beautiful beaches of Punta Cana. This is life!
