Modern and wonderful villa close to the beach in Puntacana Resort & Club, housekeeping & CHEF incl.
Unique terrace which is possible to close with removable glasses to admire the sea and golf with the capricious weather in December - March.

Villa consists of 5 suites (5 rooms + 6 bathrooms), family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front golf and sea.

The bigger swimming pool of Tortuga Bay (50x17 ft, 15x5 m) with 2 fountains. Sitting areas in the pool with jets to relax the day away. Volleyball net in pool for sports enthusiasts.

Master Bedroom : 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom, TV and private balcony with sofa and sea & golf views.
Second bedroom : 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom, closet, TV and direct access to pool
Third bedroom : 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom and TV
Fourth bedroom : 1 Queen bed with ensuite bathroom, TV and private balcony
Fifth bedroom : 2 Queen beds with ensuite bathroom, closet, TV and private balcony with sofa and sea & golf views.

As guest of Luxury Sunshine II. Villa you will be located inside Tortuga Bay, a gated private community inside Puntacana Resort & Club, 5 minutes from the airport.
You will have access to Playa Blanca, La Cana/Casa Club ant the Tennis Club, also to the many restaurants of resort (La Yola, La mare, Bamboo....). Enjoy all the resort has to offer!!

Our villa is staffed with a full time very good CHEF and daily housekeeping. We can provide a menu of items routinely requested, but the CHEF is happy to prepare anything under your direction. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.
Within 10 minutes of the villa you will also find many fabulous restaurants and casual bars for a fun night out.

We include 1 roundtrip airport transfer with the rental. If you would lite to have a Golf Car for your travel back and forth the to beach, we have a 6 person car and 4 person car available for the rent.

Use of the villa is limited to registered guest. Unexpected quests/paid companions will not be approved for access.

Property is 2 minutes of walk to the Casa Club (beach, bar, restaurant and swimming pool) and beach Serena.
Attention to details makes this villa the perfect choose for your vacation.

Un séjour extraordinaire!

La villa est idéalement située, spacieuse et confortable. Tout y est pour des vacances au delà de nos attentes: grandes chambres avec salle de bain privée, salle à manger et salon à aire ouverte donnant sur la magnifique piscine, la plage est à proximité et les parcours de golf sont de renommée internationale. Le personnel est exceptionnel en tout point et ils nous ont fait sentir à la maison dÚs notre arrivée; Marisol et Kassandra ont pris soin de nous et nos invités, et le Chef Hector nous a cuisiné de délicieux repas. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et ont été disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes. Un service de premiÚre classe sans souci, nous y retournerons c'est certain!es mets délicieux.

It was a very nice home. The staff was great. We had great meals prepared that were very good. The house had everything you needed from many different area to sit outside, lots of seating around the pool and very short walk to the golf club house and beach club. The location was on the driving range which initially I thought might be a negative, but turned out to be great because of the privacy.

Leny and Oliver organized a wonderful and friendly staff / team to oversee the beautiful house we rented. Massiel, Noelia and Benito were wonderful staff who really made me and my family’s stay in the villa very special. Every meal was delicious and the house always remained exceptionally clean but our privacy was always respected. We would love to visit and stay at that beautiful home again.

This is my 2nd trip to one of this owners properties. This is a top tier property. The services are exceptional. They are aware and can work with food allergies which is highly appreciated. Another great stay! Hosts are excellent and very responsive. You can’t go wrong here.

The best escape.

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Francisco went above and beyond to cater to our every need—he truly made us feel at home. The ladies on staff were amazing, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free, welcoming getaway!

Let me start by saying, this was the second time we stayed in the owners property. I loved that we had the same staff as last year. From Leny to Oliver to all the staff, they made sure our experience was amazing. We will be returning.

Great Stay, Location and friendly staff

Overall our stay was great. I stayed here with 5 of my girlfriends. It is very close to the country club beach club and super close to additional beach clubs as well. The staff was extremely friendly and the chef cooked great food. We did have a little issue with the AC in some of the rooms the first night but luckily the property manager/ owner were very responsive and got it fixed for us. The only thing I wish I got was a property tour when I arrived but otherwise really great stay. Would recommend this villa.

We had a great time at this house and loved all the space we had! The language barrier was a bit tricky to manage but Google translate helped a bit. Anything we needed or asked about was promptly taken care of. Everyone was so very kind!

Family getaway to Punta Cana

I had work colleague stay here and recommend. Place is spacious and well appointed. Kids enjoyed pool and proximity to beach. We stayed in early May, so relatively quiet was great and didn’t have to book in advance for local activities like tennis and there were plenty of free chairs down at the beach. We felt little isolated without the use of the golf carts. They are available for an extra fee. Beach is close enough to walk in 10 mins with kids. Lack of uber means you have to plan your trips to supermarket or get Manuel (house manager) to go on your behalf. He was very obliging, but don’t expect 1-2 hour turnaround.

Absolutely wonderful trip

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at sunshine Villa. The best part obviously is not having to cook and clean up after three meals a day, especially with a group of 11. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well.. The staff were all very kind. The trip to Ojos indigenas was worthwhile. Our group had a lot of fun swimming in the pool, swinging on the swings, and going to the beach. We had hot water for showers, which was appreciated. The pool is about 4.5 feet deep, which is just a little bit deep for me to stand in while holding kids, but they had fun playing in the shallow areas. There were beach toys, and pool floats. We rented a golf cart for the week, and I would recommend it (at least with young kids). We hope to return next year!

Great Villa!

The villa was clean and well-appointed. The staff was great, especially the chef. Manuel, the owner, was very responsive to my questions and to my grocery needs for the villa. We ate most of the dinners in the villa since the chef was so good. We were a group of 5 ladies, and we were well taken care of. The location was very convenient to all the amenities, including tennis, the beach, the spa, and lunch spots. The one con: the water pressure in the showers was very low. We will rent again next year!

Great location and wonderful house staff

This was an outstanding visit in such a beautiful location. We cannot praise the house staff more highly. The house was always spotless due to the diligence of the housekeepers. Robinson, the chef, took our complex list of dietary needs and created outstanding meals one after another--great Dominican meals, Caribbean lobsters, whole grilled fish, great salads, vegetables, and juices.In the interest of being helpful to future guests, here are some things to be aware of: hot water takes a while to reach the top floor--just turn it on and do something else for five minutes. The shower in the primary and 1st floor back room need replacement as the handheld devices don't function (the rainfall shower does). The first floor back room sink is clogged and quickly fills/drains slowly, which made it hard to wash a bathing suit. Do get the pool warmer, you'll have to push hard for it. We got it there by day 4 or 5. Make sure your communications and requests are simple and clear (and be patient as responses are not always quick), make sure you're set up on WhatsApp to communicate with the house manager/owners, and use Google Translate with the staff as needed. If I were the owners, I'd update the guest info book--lots of confusing/missing info (e.g., it mentions that it will include store info but doesn't). If you need a store, go to the eco center store, not the store at the Westin. Also, add 5 hooks to bathrooms for drying suits, etc.

AMAZING!!!

Everything about our stay was incredible, but most importantly, the service was EXCEPTIONAL!! Marisela and Cassandra were super helpful throughout our trip. Dishes constantly cleaned, drinks and food served throughout the day, and they even served the kids meals separately for them in the kitchen!! Robinson was also an amazing cook!! Every dish was extravagant.When we come back, there is no question our family will stay here again.

Visit to Paradise

This villa is perfect in every way. We could not have asked for anything more as it was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well cared for. The owners were attentive and immediately took care of requests. The chef and women who maintained the villa also were highly attentive and there to meet our needs. I highly rate the villa and the total experience and recommend this villa to anyone looking for luxury in a beautiful location with delicious food.
