All Hawaii Rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $12-25/night depending on the size of your unit and is payed directly to the resort. The daily Transmit Accommodation Tax is $10.91, and there is a daily $10 resort tax each day. Valet car parking is $20 daily or $100 weekly. Use of Owners Lounge on the 26th floor.
