Penthouse 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains (au 42Ăšme Ă©tage):

Une suite penthouse de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain qui est une unité de coin pour profiter de vues sur la mer et le coucher de soleil .... Vue sur la montagne et le 'Honolulu City Lights' (chanson populaire locale hawaïenne).

Plan d'étage trÚs spacieux et ouvert le rend trÚs confortable pour les grandes familles ou les amis se retirent. Maßtre a un lit King Cal avec un canapé futon. A cÎté se trouve un Masterbath qui est mis à jour avec des blocs de verre qui entoure la douche.

Chambre hÎtes propose 2 lits jumeaux. Invité chambre propose effectivement des vues les plus spectaculaires de l'océan ....(Belle touche).

Autre logement du sommeil est un futon pliant qui est facile Ă  ranger dans le placard.

Property was as described. Close to shopping and restaurants. It was a bit of a walk to the beach so not sure if it would be better to walk or drive. Definitely check out the restaurant on property, very good!

Overall our stay was good! Beds were comfortable, loved having 2 bathrooms with shower, and a washer and dryer, the entire place was mostly clean. The TV in the living room was broken, the beige couch was fairly dirty, and the blinds needed some new panels but overall everything else was great. I think a couch cover for the couches, fixing the living room TV, and putting new blinds panels is all I would say they need to update. It’s was close to the beach, there was a food truck village just across the street, and lots of shops and food near by. Pool was fun and had easy access. There was a little shop on the lobby floor if you forgot anything (like laundry detergent). Accessing the key cards was simple. We would stay here again.

Great location fabulous view

Booking and communication went smoothly. The condo was clean and well appointed with practically everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The views are excellent and easy walking distance to the beach, city center and Ala Moana mall. Highly recommend this property

Top notch property and location. Well taken care of, has all the things you need. Penthouse views are fabulous. Close to beach, shopping etc. Would highly recommend this property. Would definately stay here again.

Perfect vacation

This penthouse was centrally located in the heart of Waikiki where everything you need is easily accessible. The pool was lovely and the little bakery and sundry store in the lobby very convenient. Views were awesome and and PH was stocked with everything you need for the beach and snorkeling. Would love to come back again! Great VRBO host!

The property was clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and the views were amazing! The property managers we very responsive and took care of the minor issues we had immediately. I will absolutely stay there again!

Good value and great views

The owner was pleasant, helpful and available to answer questions. This condo is a bit shop worn but clean and comfortable with a good location. The food trucks across the street were fun and it is walkable to some restaurant and retail areas. Public buses are easily accessible if you don’t have a car. Compared to area hotels, this was a good value for two couples!

Good location, dated building

Location is great. 15 minutes to wikiki beach. Building is dated and hasnt gone through any upgrades or renovations in recent years. The things provided (shampoo, 1 bar of soap, no tissue, etc.) Have a very motel feel. Roku for streaming services was nice for kids.

My family had a wonderful time here. The penthouse was beautiful and the view was breathtaking! The only complaint we had was the long wait for the elevator and sometimes it’s so packed that we had to wait for another one and it’s another long wait. Other than that, the home was beautiful and we had an fantastic time.

Great location, clean

The check-in process was super simple and easy to follow. The property is older, but it is very clean and comfortable. The views out the widows are beautiful and if there on a Friday night, the fireworks are visible from the dining windows or one of the bedrooms. Plenty of space for 4 adults and there would be space for more adults/children easily with the extra beds. Very happy to have stayed here and if back in Honolulu, we would stay here again. We chose to just utilize TheBus since parking was $35/day. TheBus was easy to use via Google Maps.

Location was great, the pictures in listing accurately depicts furnishings... bit then its all downhill... mold growing on ceilings of bathroom, couches stained and gross, the throw rug in li ing room was so dirty you couldnt see it had a pattern... nothing was supplied we had to go buy our own supplies and clean so we could stay there

Stunning !

The place is a little outdated but that’s most places in Hawaii in my opinion but the view was STUNNING ! any room you go it is breathtaking . Kitchen are fully stocked with anything you’ll need , definitely could have used more trash bags especially it was 4 adults but not a big deal lol The location is close to everything town side . Parking is $40 cash only which is normal for Waikiki side . We miss it already and We will definitely be staying here again and definitely recommend!

Very relaxing

The location definitely makes this a good place to stay. The only slight negative, which is more the actual building and not the condo is the elevators are slow and one was not working (you could only use 2 to go to the penthouse suite). The condo had everything we needed and the owners were quick to respond to a leg that was broken on the sofa when we arrived. It is two master suites, but the second room is better suited for a children's room or unrelated travelers. The view was fabulous and you can walk to everything. I wish I had trusted my gut and not booked a rental car. Parking is $40 per day and traffic was so bad, we only drove once while we were there. If we are ever back in Waikiki, we would stay again.
